Single/Multi Switch Mechan<strong>is</strong>ms<br />
<strong>Clipsal</strong> <strong>Standard</strong> Range products use the 30 <strong>Series</strong> Switch<br />
Mechan<strong>is</strong>m, which <strong>is</strong> a Trademark of <strong>Clipsal</strong> Australia Pty.<br />
Ltd. <strong>Standard</strong> Range switches are supplied in one, two,<br />
three, four, fi ve and six-gang formats, meaning that<br />
the gridplate remains the same size, however, a varying<br />
number of switch mechan<strong>is</strong>ms may be used.<br />
<strong>Standard</strong> size switch dimensions are<br />
115mm (length) x 73mm (width) x 11mm (depth).<br />
Each <strong>range</strong> of switches and socket outlets have different<br />
prefi xes at the beginning of the <strong>Catalogue</strong> Number.<br />
The “3” prefi x indicates the product <strong>is</strong> a<br />
<strong>Standard</strong> Range Switch Product.<br />

mounted whereas 31HA <strong>is</strong> horizontally mounted.<br />
The ‘A’ in the catalogue number refers to the product<br />

32A dimensions are 85mm (l) x 32mm (w) x 10mm (d).<br />
33A dimensions are 113mm (l) x 32mm (w) x 10mm (d).<br />
34A dimensions are 140mm (l) x 32mm (w) x 10mm (d).<br />
<strong>No</strong>te: Depth refers to the dimensions that<br />
switchplate protrudes off the wall surface. It does<br />
not include the amount the mechan<strong>is</strong>m recesses<br />
into the wall.<br />
