This torch is specifically designed for use with the Thermal Dynamics Ultra-Cut ® 100/200/300 Precision<br />
Plasma cutting systems for robotic and bevel cutting applications. The sleek profile design allows<br />
for excellent accessibility and visibility in most applications.<br />
Ultra Light, Flexible, Robust<br />
<strong>Torch</strong> Leads<br />
The torch is designed with built-in 4 ft (1.2m)<br />
torch leads that offer the ultimate in reduced<br />
weight, flexibility and robustness. This reduction<br />
of the overall diameter, weight, and minimum<br />
bend radius make this torch extremely durable in<br />
repeated articulated motions.<br />
Profile Cutting Consumables<br />
New contoured consumables allow for improved<br />
accessibility and visibility in many robotic and<br />
beveling applications. Offers variable bevel control<br />
through +/- 45°.<br />
Self-Centering Components Maintain<br />
Precise Alignment<br />
Consumable parts and torch body are<br />
engineered to precisely lock into place<br />
for absolute alignment and to remain<br />
perfectly positioned cut after cut. Having<br />
the tip and electrode independently aligned<br />
inside the torch head assures accurate<br />
re-centering of the consumable parts cartridge<br />
after each parts change.<br />
