Indication for Hernioplasty<br />
• All hernias should be repaired unless<br />
local or systemic condition is not<br />
permitted.<br />
• Trusses and surgical belt are helped in<br />
the management of small hernias unless<br />
operation is contraindicated.<br />
• Trusses are contraindicated for<br />
patients with femoral hernia.
