Noted events in his life were:
• Information: 1627, Rotterdam, , Zuid-Holland, Netherlands. Mathias
went by surnames Bryan, O'Bryan, O'Brien in Maryland Records. It is
potentially possible this Mathias O'Bryan was the son of John Bryan and
his wife the widow - Elizabeth Stafford (nee Garnet). If so, that would
prove a third cousin relationship with Morgan Bryan who married
Martha Strode, but we do not believe that relationship is valid due to
DNA tests available. Much work needs to be done on Mathias and his
descendants.
