BETTY SIMMONS GOBIEL
Betty Simmons Gobiel, 51, died
Sept 15 after a long illness in Vacaville,
Calif. Mrs. Gobiel was born
June 14,1937, in Plymouth.
Mrs. Gobiel graduated from
Plymouth High School in 1955 and
lived in the Plymouth and Wayne
areas until moving to San Francisco
in 1977.
Mrs. Gobiel is survived by ber
mother, Truda Simmons of Plymouth;
daughters, Micbell McCormick
of Ann Arbor, Kim Lambert Kelly
Gonzalea and Kerry Rosa, all of Cal-
ifornia; son. Monty Gobiel of Calif.;
six grandchildren; sister, Mary Simmons;
brothers, John Tobln and Dick
Simmons of Plymouth; and brother.

Section 24.11 presently reads as follows:
Tbe determination of tbe Planning Commission with respect to site plan
and development approval is appealable to the Board of Appeals, upon
written request for a hearing before said Board of Appeals In the absence
of such request being filed within thirty (30) days after determination
of the Planning Commission, such determination is final
Section 24.11 is hereby proposed to be amended to read as follows:
This sectioo is proposed to be repealed. Note: By repealing this section
the determination of the Planning Commission will he final.
