5 MAINTENANCE<br />
Regularly maintenance is important for reliable and safe operations.<br />
S Blow down the power source with dry, compressed air at a low pressure.<br />
S Cleaning and replacement of the wire feed mechanism’s wear parts should take<br />
place periodically to ensure trouble free wire feed.<br />
Note that an excessive pressure setting can result in abnormal wear on the pressure<br />
roller, feed roller and wire liner.<br />
S Blow clean the wire liner regularly and clean the gas nozzle.<br />

Rotating parts can cause injury, take<br />
great care.<br />

representative, see the last page of this booklet.<br />
When ordering spare parts please specify the machine model, serial number and the<br />
designation and order numbers of parts as shown in the list of spare parts. This simplifies<br />
dispatch and ensures correct delivery.<br />
