One of the first reactions I heard on 911 to the attacks was from a coworker who said, “I sure hope
that the government wasn’t behind this. You know that what Hitler did when he started the fire…”
I returned home from work on 9-11-2001 emotionally stressed over the attacks. I visited the track
for a run and then spent some time alone in prayer. I came away from that time with my God that
the 911 attack was a call to national repentance warning us of greater judgment to come upon this
land of false gods. I also thought that it was possibly a sign of the coming day of the Lord as I noted
“Joel 2:30?” in my prayer journal. It wasn’t until about 5 years after 911 that I began studying the
events of that day. In fact, I refused to watch any film coverage of 911 at first because I sensed
within that the coverage might be designed to deceive.
This study concerned with the signs of the inevitable 70 th week of Daniel or the final seven years of
this world as it will be known is a challenging and humbling one as I seek to understand the destiny
of the nations under the sovereign plan of prince of the kings of the earth, the Lord Jesus Christ.

In studying biblical prophecy, it’s important to realize that international relations are dynamic in
nature while events predicted by biblical prophecy will occur at a fixed time in the future.
Correctly interpreting prophecy involves matching God’s fixed truth with the moving target of
world events. The difficulty of this task is compounded because false news, media bias, propaganda
and spin all exist today. The real truth behind the headlines based upon an accurate and biblical view
of the world system must be used or the interpreter risks being deceived by false views of the world
system. Human ability and its accompanying logic are insufficient for the complex task of correctly
interpreting current events in light of biblical prophecy.
Why we know and prophecy in part
Every student of biblical prophecy operates within a limited range of vision. Although gifted by the
Holy Spirit to understand biblical truth, human ability under the control of the Holy Spirit to
accurately interpret prophetic scripture is limited by factors such as personal experiences, hidden
prejudices and bias, and prior programming responsible for any existing social, economic and
political paradigms. Until the Lord Jesus returns for his church, our knowledge of the deep mysteries
of biblical prophecy will be incomplete to varying degrees.
" For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part
shall be done away. When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I

ecame a man, I put away childish things. For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know
in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known." (1 Corinthians 13:9-12) "Beloved, now are we the sons of
God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for
we shall see him as he is." (1 John 3:2)
Programmed to be deceived and certified to sleep
As Americans, however, many of us, especially the more formally educated among us, have been
trained to accept the mainstream and reject the unconventional in socio-political matters. Those
involved in business and the sciences have been encouraged to think outside the box when it comes
to technical matters because technical progress is essential to building the electronic tools that will
be used by the elite to control the global order. When it comes to the socio-political thought,
however, the elite programmers discourage freedom of ideas because moral progress and truth in
the socio-political realm war against their socio-political plans. They have even convinced the
majority that the intricate, interrelated web of programming enveloping the earth has simply
happened and isn’t part of a coordinated plan or conspiracy.
The truth, however, is that conspiracy exists in opposition to God, his people and his truth. (Psalm
2:1-6, Psalm 21:8-13, Psalm 83:3-5, Psalm 89, Psalm 94:20-21, Ezekiel 22:25, Ezekiel 11:2, Jeremiah
11:6, Acts 4:25)
The informed know that elite financier David Rockefeller admits that he is a proud internationalist
conspiring with others around the globe to build one world. 1 Yet world programmers have
convinced the blind majority that it’s more intelligent and sane to believe that world order and
God’s creation have simply evolved out of random chaos. And those that they can’t convince that
the conspiracy doesn’t exist they then try to deceive into believing that the conspiracy is good for
them as David Rockefeller attempts to do in his Memoirs. Who knows; maybe the childhood training
we received in believing the Santa Claus myth, and the many hours of televised mainstream fantasy
that entertained us, have psychologically conditioned us to believe these and other outrageous lies
such as the official establishment myth about what really happened on 911. The truth is that Satan is
the father of lies and America, Babylon the Great, has become a fallen habitation of foul, lying
demons deceiving the world. (Revelation 18:2-3)
Why are Americans increasingly discarding logical truth for myth? Both inside and outside the
church, mainstream establishment certification has usurped authority over the truth, principles and
promises of God’s Word. Mainstream certification has even taken authority over logical scientific
and physical truth as the success of the 911 myth proves. Even when some Christians see hard truth
today, many prefer to choose the temporary comfort that results from ignoring hard truth over the
potential pain that might result from allegiance to truth.
Our educational system requires its students to accept certified dogma if they’re to become
responsible and accepted Americans. Not only does this appeal to our natural desire for acceptance,

a certified viewpoint is attractive to us, even if it’s false, because it provides a fixed screen that we
can hide behind in order to avoid the conflict and hard work involved in resolving conflicts,
answering difficult questions, and making costly life changing decisions. In avoiding the
consequences of accepting hard truth, we help preserve the temporal comfort and ease we’ve been
led to expect from the deceitful postmodern American Dream.
Certification also provides that stamp of approval believed to be essential to career success. Flowing
with mainstream thought minimizes the chance for interpersonal conflict and the associated risk of
rejection. The world system worships at the altar of the personal career. The primary allegiance of
the rational, mainstream American is expected to be the career idol. The mainstream laughs at an old
fashioned independent thinker like 2008 Republican Presidential candidate Dr. Ron Paul who will
take hard, unpopular stances because of personal integrity and character compelling him to be true
to his oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution and its principles.
This “cookie cutter”/“thou shalt not think outside the mainstream box” mentality is especially
common within the postmodern church. This is in spite of the fact that we profess to follow a Jesus
who clearly thought outside the mainstream box of his time and promised us that our devotion to
him could cause conflict and division, not only between us and those that love the world system, but
even between us and those closest to us. (Luke 12:51-53; John 15:18-16:4; I John 3:13)
How does this all relate to this end times study? Because of our allegiance to the certified, the
American church has become particularly prone to an unwise, unbiblical narrowness in interpreting
biblical prophecy. Trained to submit unquestionably to the views of certified religious authorities in
order to receive the protective blessings of God, the average American believer receives only views
that their pastoral authority figure has certified. This narrowness in interpreting biblical prophecy is
affected by the following list of factors caused by the authoritative trust we have been trained to put
in the certified mainstream establishment. These factors include, but certainly aren’t limited to:
lack of knowledge of current U.S. domestic and foreign policy
ignorance concerning U.S. Constitutional law and its application today
lack of knowledge of the new international order and the U.S. role in it
corporate and government propaganda
educational & media programming
peer pressure; fear of man/conflict/rejection
family tradition; fear of man/conflict/rejection
biblical ignorance of God's mind on socio-political issues
Because avoiding conflict and division have become more important to most American believers
than truth, and we actually believe that elite world programmers don’t exist or if they do they have
the best interest of people at heart, we are a nation programmed for a great deception and fall. As
blind sheep being led unknowingly to their slaughter, we ignorantly cling to outdated prophetic
interpretation sometimes based upon the news of yesteryear and unknowingly skewed by our false
views of reality. When will the eyes of our heart be enlightened?

Correct interpretation of prophecy is possible only through the supernatural teaching of the Holy
Spirit.

Prophetic Events Since 911 ?
Is 911 possibly a sign to us that the day of the Lord at hand?
The pages to follow will analyze the shocking destruction of the World Trade Center Twin
Towers and Building 7 in New York, NY on 9/11/2001 (911) in the light of the words of
the prophet Joel recorded in Joel 2:30 and echoed by the apostle Peter as it is written in Acts
2:19. It will consider whether or not it’s biblically reasonable to consider the possibility of 911
being an omen indicating that we have entered or are near entering the period of history
culminating in the day of the Lord.
This study is written from the prophetic perspective of someone who has converted from
belief in a pre-tribulation rapture. I now believe in a pre-millennial rapture in which the
church is present on earth during the final seven years before the Lord Jesus Christ returns

In the September 2002 National Security Strategy of the United States, President George W. Bush
spoke of the new world we have entered after the events of 911. He described this new
world as a fearful one in which the world’s great powers are united by common dangers of
terrorist violence and chaos providing the U.S. an historic opportunity to lead the nations
into a global community competing in peace, trading in freedom and growing in prosperity
because of America’s global military presence and power.
The National Strategy For Combating Terrorism released in February 2003 states that the terrorists
attacks of 9/11/2001 were acts of war against the U.S., it’s allies and the very idea of
civilized society. This document teaches that based upon 911, the United States must
relentlessly use every form of national power in a prolonged global war on terror for the
broader purpose of building an international order of integrated countries sharing
standardized U.S. values in order to “…promote a freer, more prosperous, and more secure

Those grateful for America’s unique Constitutional system establishing the United States
government as a government of the people, by the people and for the people should be
alarmed that an American President under legal oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution has
declared global war with the broader purpose of building an international order which
promises security, peace and prosperity. This international order is often referred to as a
new world order; a global government or a one world government. One day soon an
international order, or beast, will mandate that the global populace take it’s mark so that it’s
citizens may enjoy the security, peace and prosperity a deceitful global dictator promises

If 911 is shown to be a lying wonder, we should be doubly alarmed over the broader
purpose of the global war on terror. This is because the United States would be engaged in a
deceitful global war based upon a false pretext promising increased security, peace and

A synthesis of prophetic scriptures such as Revelation 6:1-4, Matthew 24:3-8, 1
Thessalonians 5:3 and 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12 teach that the global beast kingdom of
antichrist preceding the day of the Lord will be the result of a painful birth process involving
deception in the name of Jesus Christ and global wars and rumors of war led and deceitfully
justified by a military conqueror promising global security, peace and prosperity.
Since 911, a number of events have occurred that may align with biblical prophecy
concerning the final global kingdom and it’s enigmatic leader antichrist the beast. Future
global affairs may reveal that the alignment of these events with biblical prophecy occurred
only on these few select points. On the other hand, the possibility exists that these events
involving the United States have actually fulfilled biblical prophecy leading towards the
establishment of the final global kingdom of antichrist.
Prophetic Events?
What events involving the United States since 911 may possibly fulfill biblical prophecy
regarding the establishment of the final global kingdom of antichrist?
The President of the United States has become the King of Babylon.
The prophet Daniel foretold that antichrist, also referred to by the prophet Isaiah as the
King of Babylon and the King of Assyria (Isaiah 10:12-27; 14:1-8), will kill miraculously and
craftily use deceitful promises of security, peace and prosperity to conquer the richest
regions in expanding his kingdom toward the south, toward the east and toward Israel.

The overwhelming power of the United States military in combination with strategic
planning to remove Saddam Hussein from power in Iraq, has enabled the United States to
use 911 as a pretext to seize the most strategic region in the Middle East, the coveted Tigris-
Euphrates River basin.
President Bush connected Saddam Hussein/Iraq to 911. Mr. Bush later admitted in
September 2003 that there was no evidence for this connection after the Congressional 911

given the United States her pretext to embark on pre-emptive war allowing the United States
to assume control over the region referred to in scripture as Babylon and Assyria.
Control over the region possessing possibly the least expensive to produce oil on the earth
gives the U.S. new leverage against the Saudis and increased influence to help remake the

Jesus warns that we should beware of deception that will come in his name in the context of

Revelation 6:1-4 tells us that antichrist, described in Revelation 13:4 as the world’s
preeminent military conqueror, will conquer the globe militarily as Daniel 7:23 foretells.
Paradoxically, Daniel 8:25 prophecies that antichrist will destroy many by peace. Peace

political theme is peace and safety. 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 teaches that antichrist is given great
authority to use startling events outside the ordinary course of nature in order to deceive the
world into following his unjust, evil course of action.

The Military Commissions Act of 2006, identified as H.R. 6166, provides the President of the
United States global authority to establish trial by military tribunals to determine who is an

emergency or national disaster defined as any incident, regardless of location, that results in
extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S.

HR 1585, the 2008 Defense Authorization Bill, authorizes the U.S. military to plan the
integration of the military with civil authorities so they have a full fledged martial law
apparatus to use in the event of any sort of catastrophic national emergency under
Presidential control in line with NSPD-51/HSPD-20 which gives the President dictatorial
powers.
The aforementioned events should be considered in light of the warnings of the Lord Jesus
Christ for us to beware of men and deception as we watch and pray anticipating his return.

Commissioned To Watch
Throughout it’s relatively short national history, the U.S. has been perceived by much of the
world as a model of liberty and justice. Since the scripture says that Satan disguises himself
as an angel of light or a messenger of truth; isn’t it logical to consider that a deceitful
antichrist is most likely to disguise himself as the leader of a nation like the U.S. which has
been called a shining city of light to the world.
This analysis is led by the teaching of the Word of God. God’s Word advises us that in order
to be ready for the return of Christ Jesus and overcome the strong delusion that will be
present in society prior to his return, we must vigilantly watch for his return by prayerfully
correlating the study of biblical prophecy with current events. (Mark 13:32-37; Matthew 25:
1-13; 2 Peter 3:10-13)
Protecting the church through warning her about those that would deceive her is Christcentered
activity that belongs in the body of Christ. Failure to fully analyze a cultural big
bang event such as 911 against the big picture of biblical prophecy potentially leaves the
church open to the deception the Lord Jesus Christ told us would precede his second
coming. Yes, it’s comforting to know that a sovereign, loving God is ultimately in control of
world events. It‘s with that knowledge, however, that we should courageously exercise our
responsibility to watch and warn of the deceitful strategies of the god of this world, Satan,
the father of lies. Even if the U.S. was revealed in the end to be simply another fallen rogue
power, this warning can help the church to pray intelligently and avoid being unequally
yoked with the world system in support of deceitful public policy bringing chaos and
destruction to many.
Context of Christ’s return
The scripture teaches that the context out of which of Christ’s glorious return will occur is a
stressful time in which the deluded global populace is being promised security, peace and
prosperity by their mind control handlers. (Luke 21:34-36; 1 Thessalonians 5:1-3, 2
Thessalonians 2:1-12; 2 Peter 3:1-10; Revelation 3:3,16:15)
Biblical prophecy teaches that many professing Christians and others will deceive many
regarding the nature and timing of the second coming of Christ and the end of this global
age. (Matthew 24:4-5, 23-25; Mark 13:21-23; Luke 21:7-8, 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12)The signs
preceding Christ’s return are provided for us in scripture. (Matthew 24:3-35; Mark 13:4-31;
Luke 21:7-33; 1 Thessalonians 5:1-3; 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12; 2 Peter 3:1-10; Revelation 6-19)
The Lord taught that his return to earth will come at a time when the general population,
including many professing Christians, don’t expect their sudden destruction because a strong
delusion or mass psychosis is controlling their minds. (1 Thessalonians 5:1-3; 2
Thessalonians 2:1-1) This deceiving mind control will be so strong that it nearly
accomplishes the impossible task of deceiving the true believer. (Matthew 24:24; Mark 13:22)
This strong delusion, a mass psychosis causing the masses to believe deceit and falsehood
rather than truth, causes deceived people to approve of and pursue an unjust course of
fraudulent evil in the name of justice and good. ( 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12) This moral error

comes as a result of ly ing w o nd e rs . (2 Thessalonians 2:9) These amazingly shocking events
out of the ordinary course of nature serve as omens indicating the presence of Antichrist in
world affairs and the future coming of the day of the Lord. (2 Thessalonians 21-9; Joel 2:30-
31) One of these conspicuous omens is a murderous event or series of events involving
both the land and the sky in which fire and pillars or columns of dust and smoke are
conspicuously displayed. (Joel 2:30-31; Matthew 24:32-44; Mark 13:32-37; Luke 12:35-40;
Luke17:20-37)
Is it possible that “911” is a murderous event prophesied by the prophet Joel over 2500
years ago?
To answer this question, the pages to follow will analyze the biblical prophecy of Joel 2:30
against the history leading up to, including, and following “911”.

Chapter 2

Antichrist disguises his deceitfulness ascending to global dictatorship
God the Father heralded the earthly arrival of God the Son, Jesus the Messiah, by signs and
wonders consistent with the perfect holiness and truth of God’s holiness. (John 20:30-31;
Acts 2:22-36) The salvation promised by Jesus Christ would bring inward spiritual security,
peace and prosperity to his future followers who trust in him. (John 14:27, John 16:33) The
spiritual power of Christ’s holy character overcame evil by love, not force. (John 18:36)
The great counterfeiter Satan, on the other hand, will herald the coming of his empowered
servant antichrist the beast through miraculous signs and wonders consistent with the
deceitfulness of his murderous, lying nature. (John 8:44) Antichrist will overcome by evil and
force while spinning his murderous wars and destructive public policies as necessary for the
physical security, peace and prosperity of the world. (Daniel 8:23-25; Revelation 13:3-4;
Isaiah 14:1-23; 1 Thessalonians 5:1-3; 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12)
How can Antichrist hide his intent in the information age?
How will antichrist manage to deceive a world entrenched in the matrix of the information
age in which so much of what we say or do is potentially recorded?
First, ignoring the primary, yet invisible role that the demonic power of occult magical ritual
plays within the world system (Ephesians 2:2; Ephesians 6:12; 1 Peter 5:8; Revelation 16:13;
Revelation 18:23), the more visible means of elite control seen at this point in history is
through the secret work of real elite groups like Bilderberg, Council on Foreign Relations
NATO, Club of Rome, the Trilateral Commission and Yale’s Brotherhood of Death Order
322 Skull & Bones. These groups, some of whose work isn’t entirely secret, are intertwined
with powerful mainstream global establishment mass media corporations such as
Bertelsmann, GE, Disney, Viacom and News Corporation and financial institutions
controlled by Rockefeller-Rothschild-J.P. Morgan.
Antony Sutton was a research Fellow at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University, from
1968 to 1973. He was a former economics professor at California State University, Los
Angeles. He was born in London and educated at the universities of London, Gottingen and
California with a D.Sc. degree from University of Southampton, England. Sutton writes
concerning the operation of the CFR and Skull & Bones, the Order he calls “America’s
Secret Establishment, as follows:
“For example, the Council on Foreign Relations cannot be claimed as a conspiracy even
for the period since its founding in 1921. Membership in the CFR is not a secret. Membership lists are freely
available for the cost of a postage stamp. There is no proof that the entire membership conspires to commit
illegal acts. What has to be proven in any conspiracy explanation of history is that the participants have secret

groupings, and meet to plan illegal actions. Members of the CFR, when accused of being involved in a
conspiracy, have protested to the contrary. And by and large they are right. Most CFR members are not
involved in a conspiracy and have no knowledge of any conspiracy. And some personally known to the author
are about the last people on earth to get involved in an illegal conspiracy. HOWEVER, there is a group
WITHIN the Council of Foreign Relations which belongs to a secret society, sworn to secrecy, and which
more or less controls the CFR. CFR meetings are used for their own purposes, i.e., to push out ideas, to
weigh up people who might be useful, to use meetings as a forum for discussion. These members are in The
Order. Their membership in The Order can be proven. Their meetings can be proven. Their objectives are

The Order that author Antony Sutton is speaking of is Yale’s Order of Skull & Bones, the
secret society to which George W. Bush, his father and grandfather have all pledged
allegiance to.
Sutton provides this piece of history on pages 24-25 of America’s Secret Establishment from the
original Yale Iconoclast paper. Back in October 1873 an enterprising Yale student, stung to
action because The Order had taken over Yale finances and left the University near poverty,
took it upon himself to publish an expose.

The following statistics regarding media consolidation reflect the effectiveness of the dark
powers in consolidating the mind programming tools of the world system for future use by
antichrist to cast strong delusion upon the world in crafting the global dictatorship.
In 1983, 50 corporations interlocked with corporate financial interests controlled most major

Bilderberg global policy meetings
It’s at the annual Bilderberg meeting that public policy in support of establishing one world
government is agreed upon. From there, the consolidated enslaved press disseminates
globalist propaganda to the mostly unsuspecting world while apparently harmless elite think
tank covering fronts like www.cfr.org employ the Hegelian Dialectic Process to lead the
people to a predetermined synthesis of contrasting views.
Antony Sutton describes how a the Hegelian Dialectic Process is used to achieve a desired
outcome through conflict of ideas:
“Probably the most difficult task in this work will be to get across to the reader what is really an elementary
observation: that the objective of The Order is ne ith e r "left" no r "right." "Left" and "right" are artificial
devices to bring about change, and the extremes of political left and political right are vital elements in a
process of controlled change.

The answer to this seeming political puzzle lies in Hegelian logic. Remember that both Marx and Hitler, the
extremes of "left" and "right" presented as textbook enemies, evolved out of the same philosophical system:
Hegelianism. That brings screams of intellectual anguish from Marxists and Nazis, but is well known to

student of political systems.
The dialectical process did not originate with Marx as Marxists claim, but with Fichte and Hegel in late
18th and early 19th century Germany. In the dialectical process a clash of opposites brings about a synthesis.

for the individual under Marxism, neither will there be in the New World Order. And if it sounds like

Should the church be surprised that the programming of the minds of this age would be
intelligently crafted and deftly managed under the superhuman demonic leadership of “the

Second, and less importantly, however, the ruling elite of these groups feel the power of
restraint that informed and courageous individuals and groups hold over their secret plans.

A voice in the wilderness of false reality
In God’s mind, the most important and powerful voices of peaceful dissent should be the
true church of the Lord Jesus Christ. His church is intended to be a bold voice in the
wilderness crying out courageously by faith and standing in obedience to Psalm 94:16 and

Ephesians 5:11 in the gap between the light of God and the dark demonic delusion.
His body is to be a united people with a prophetic voice of biblical vision calling corrupt
leadership at all levels and all people globally to turn away from evil and receive forgiveness
and salvation through active trust in the truth of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Those faithful to God’s vision during the final seven years will be fruitful in their labor as
they courageously suffer for exposing evil and preaching the everlasting gospel that is able to
save even the evilest of men. (Revelation 14:6-7; Daniel 11:32-35; Matthew 9:13; Hebrews
7:25) They’ll suffer in spite of their faithfulness to the word of God. They’ll be victorious
over the beast in resisting his will for them because they have prior biblical knowledge of
their coming war with antichrist. Though unjustly labeled non-integrating terrorists, unlawful
enemy combatants, traitors, mentally insane, hate criminals, etc.; these true believers won’t
apostate because they’ve already counted the cost of obedience and chosen beforehand to
suffer even death in antichrist’s war with the saints for the glory of their King Jesus. (Daniel

Psalm 2 actively speaks in the context of the return of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords,
Jesus Christ. This truth tells us that Christ will suddenly return as a thief in the night in order
to smash the vain plans of the global elite to establish a permanent one world government.
This timeless prophetic truth commands ruling elite to abandon selfish plans of world
domination in order to joyfully serve the Lord Jesus Christ in reverent fear of his majestic
power. Should they refuse God’s conditions for salvation, they’re warned that they’ll
experience his eternal wrath in the burning lake of fire and brimstone in exchange for their
prideful rebellion. Psalm 2 verse 3 exposes the conspiratorial plans of the ruling elite to root

Prudent church?
Being the image of the invisible God, Jesus has always been aware of the future plans of
global elite. In order to counter the destructive influence of evil motivated by the love of
money, Jesus taught his followers that they are the salt of the earth. To underscore how
important he considers the voice of the church in preserving truth and justice, Jesus said that
if the salt loses it‘s saltiness it becomes useless except as an object of destruction. (Matthew
5:13; Mark 9:50; Luke 14:34) By using the word salt to describe his people, Jesus meant that
they were created in him to exercise prudence in this evil world. Prudence is defined in
Webster’s 1828 Dictionary as follows:

Instead of obeying their heavenly commander in chief and acting prudently in foreseeing and
avoiding evil, the professing mainstream Christian church in the U.S. has chosen a

compromising 501-c3 lower level allegiance to the public policies of the global elite
administered by their current earthly commander in chief in the White House. The lukewarm
501-c3 church has chosen to be a friend of the world and enemy of God by supporting what

Christ whose well meaning, yet confused, double minded “serpent speak” is typical of

501-c3 churches = I find no Scriptural warrant for church bodies being granted a favored status by the state. I think
they are more harmful than helpful. Churches are often challenged to obey the state because of their state favored tax
exemption. However, if the state wants to do this then that is the state's privilege but the church's responsibility to obey
them who have the rule over them. Bob Jones University removed their tax exempt status when the state began to
impose restrictions upon political statements made by the University. The other problem I see with this is that I and all
other members of the church receiving the tax exempt status do not receive a tax exempt status. The church would not
exist were it not for its members.
Psalm 2:3 shows that the elite believe they must silence the salt of the earth. This would
explain why we currently see professing high profile global church leaders such as best
selling mainstream author and mega church leader Rick Warren and Richard Land of the
Southern Baptist Convention working with the Council of Foreign Relations where it
appears the CFR accepts the mainstream bible based church and it’s most influential leaders

Jesus grieves over false prophets such as Warren and Land who are well spoken of by the
enemies of true individual liberty in Christ because they have selfishly chosen to compromise

Psalm 94:16 calls out to the people of God to stand up for God against the plans of wicked
men. Without prudent pastors exposing the corruption, falsehood and deceit of local,
national and global leadership through careful exposition and practical application of biblical
truth; a lukewarm professing church becomes a prime inroad for Satan to infiltrate and use

Lie to me because I can’t take bad news
Like a lover who can’t face the truth about a cheating spouse, do you shy away from the
truth that a criminal elite conspires to establish an antichristian new world order led by

Lying wonders
Chapter 3
Bib lic al p ro p h e c y an d 911
Antichrist makes his appearance in stealth while disguising his true intentions. Regarding the
coming of antichrist, 2 Thessalonians 2:9 states:
Even him, whose coming (Strongs #3952: arrival, advent, presence) is after (Strongs #2596: according to) the
working of Satan with all power (Strongs #1411: great ability, dominion, and authority) and signs (Strongs
#4592: signs signifying ties to a spiritual power; a prodigy, portent, i.e. an unusual occurrence transcending the common course of
nature portending remarkable events soon to happen) and lying (Strongs #5579: falsehood) wonders (Strongs #5059:
portent, omen, prodigy. A portent is an omen of ill; a prodigy indicating the approach of evil or calamity. A prodigy is a strange
thing out of the ordinary process of nature and so extraordinary that it excites wonder or astonishment. Omens or signs and
indicators can be drawn from prodigious events which point to a future event.)
The KJV translators used the word wonders in Joel 2:30 and wonders and signs in an
expanded paraphrase of Joel’s prophecy recorded in Acts 2:19 to describe events preceding
the day of the Lord. These prophecies describe three specific wonders and their place of
occurrence as follows:

Again, please note that both 2 Thessalonians 2:9 and Acts 2:19 use the words signs and
wonders and 2 Thessalonians 2:9 teaches that startling, fraudulent, deceitful, unjust and
immoral Satanic activities pave the way for Antichrist to deceive the world as he ascends to
global dictatorship.
The biblical text doesn’t predict how many of these wonders will occur in the coming of
Antichrist. As a result, we can’t determine whether one specific event or multiple events are
predicted. Because of this, we’ll never be able to identify the first wonder any more than
we’re able to pinpoint the first raindrop in a thunderstorm.
It’s feasible, if we are living in the time just prior to the day of the Lord, that these events
could have begun with World War I or an earlier event foundational to the creation of global
government which will one day soon be led by Antichrist. Likewise, it might be that 911 is
that initial wonder signaling the advent of Antichrist.
Signs & wonders: Blood, fire and pillars of smoke
Like 911’s murderous destruction, the signs and wonders predicted by the prophets will be
conspicuously displayed on the earth and in the sky. They will involve blood, fire and pillars
or vapour of smoke. Blood, fire and pillars or vapour of smoke are defined as follows below:
Blood: Strongs #129 aima defined as either blood of man or animals or blood shed by
violence or murder. The Hebrew word H1818 used in Joel 2:30 is dawm defined as
blood (as that which when shed causes death) of man or an animal; by analogy
bloodshed.
Fire: literal fire. The Hebrew H784 aysh is a primitive word; fire (literally or figuratively):
- burning, fiery, fire, flaming, hot.
Pillars of smoke: Pillar is literally a pile or heap. H8490 is defined as either a pillar,
column or a palm-like spreading at top. Pillars is a column, that is, cloud: - pillar. A
column is defined as an erect or elevated structure.
Vapor: Strongs #822 atmis. A substance which impairs the transparency of the
atmosphere-in this case smoke. Mist-to cloud ; to cover with vapor.

Smoke: G2586 kapnos is a visible vapor or substance expelled from burning.
If we use these literal definitions to amplify the KJV translation of Joel 2:30 the following
detailed picture of the signs and wonders prophesied by Joel is revealed:

Is 911 a lying wonder? (Joel 2:30 & 2 Thessalonians 2:9)
The next question to be answered regarding the significance of 911 in the prophesied arrival
of Antichrist and the fulfillment of Joel 2:30 is whether or not 911 is a ly ing wonder.

Again, both 2 Thessalonians 2:9, Joel 2:30 and Acts 2:19 use the word wonders in teaching
that startling, fraudulent, deceitful, unjust and immoral Satanic activities pave the way for
Antichrist to deceive the world as he ascends to global dictatorship preceding the day of the
Lord.
2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 expands the description of these wonders and explains that they are
lying wonders.
9Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10And
with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth,
that they might be saved. 11And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a

The word lying used to describe the wonders is Strongs #5579 pseudos. Pseudos means false,
counterfeit, spurious or not genuine; not proceeding from the true source or the pretended
source.
911 truth
The official conspiracy theory communicated to the American public by the varied voices of
the Bush administration involves a vast amount of false information evidenced by the

It is standard operating procedure to scramble jet fighters whenever a jetliner goes off course
or radio contact with it is lost. The air traffic control system continuously monitors air traffic
and notifies NORAD of any deviations of any aircraft from their flight-paths or loss of radio
contact.

Yet it failed to respond in a timely manner until after the 911 attack was over which was
more than an hour and a half after it began.

Undemocratic, unconstitutional suppression of 911 truth
Not only have many lies been found in the official government conspiracy theory, the Bush
Administration has also actively suppressed investigations to discover what really happened
on 911. This suppression of truth was revealed early on in the 911 saga in the dictatorial
commands of President G.W. Bush in polarizing statements such as “let us never tolerate
outrageous conspiracy theories that attempt to shift the blame away from the terrorists themselves” and the
manipulative false dilemma created by the dogmatic lie that "Either you are with us, or you are
with the terrorists."
“Americans should not expect one battle, but a lengthy campaign, unlike any other we
have ever seen. It may include dramatic strikes, visible on TV, and covert operations,
secret even in success. We will starve terrorists of funding, turn them one against
another, drive them from place to place, until there is no refuge or no rest. And we will
pursue nations that provide aid or safe haven to terrorism. Every nation, in every region,
now has a decision to make. Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists. From
this day forward, any nation that continues to harbor or support terrorism will be
regarded by the United States as a hostile regime.” [US President, 9/24/2001]
Such statements indicate that we are expected to blindly trust the Bush administration and
place our faith in President Bush’s unconstitutional declaration of global war based upon the
911 event.

Former Attorney General John Ashcroft, another professing Christian, insinuated that U.S.
citizens protecting Constitutionally based civil liberties in the wake of 911 were themselves
terrorists aiding the terrorists.
Ashcroft, pictured above with President Bush, is quoted in December 2001 Senate hearings
stating:
“Your tactics only aid terrorists, for they erode our national unity and diminish our resolve. They give

Truth suppression is evidenced by the failure of the Bush Administration to respond
democratically to the call of the people for a truly independent investigation of the entire
911 scenario. Deceitful hypocrisy is revealed in a global war on terror to spread democracy
outside the borders of America while civil liberties within American borders legally
guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution erode illegally for war’s sake. Truth suppression is
practiced by the establishment media through unjust filtering and degrading labeling of many

Should President Bush succeed in fulfilling The Road Map To Peace vision dividing Israel
into two independent states living beside one another in peace and security in 2008, it should
make right wing conservative pre-tribulation rapture believers finally renounce their support
of the Bush Administration as well as the false pre-tribulation doctrine. This is because many
of them have been taught that it will be antichrist who will lead Israel to believe that she has
finally achieved lasting peace within her borders as he brokers or guarantees Israel’s security

There appears to be a number of foreboding signs on the political horizon indicating that
the day of the Lord and the accompanying war of antichrist on the saints is approaching.
In 2008 we should be able to better discern whether President Bush is simply another
antichrist,
a counterfeit imposter posing as antichrist intended by Satan to disguise the stealth arrival of
the real beast as he arrives in parallel; or more unlikely yet, it will become plain to those that
are watching that Mr. Palestine is the beast. Chapter 6 of this book will take a closer look at
the role of President Bush as the potential broker of the elusive Middle East peace treaty
considered by pre-tribulation rapture teachers as the beginning of the final seven years
before the return of the Lord Jesus Christ in glory and power.

Over the past few decades, Europe has been considered by many prophecy experts as the

projected political roles to the role of the fourth and final world kingdom or beast depicted

This study regarding 911 as a possible sign that the day of the Lord is near wouldn’t be
complete without considering the roles of the United States and the European Union within
the new international order since 911.
It’s important to consider the impact of 911 on Europe because bible prophecy teachers
have been predicting for decades that a European super state would arise as a revival of the
ancient Roman Empire fulfilling prophecies within Daniel 2, 7 and Revelation 13.
What impact has 911 had upon Europe?
Zbigniew Brezezinski writes in his 1997 work, The Grand Chessboard: American Primacy And It’s
Geostrategic Imperatives, that “Europe is America’s essential geopolitical bridgehead on the
Eurasian continent.””Without close transatlantic ties, America’s primacy in Eurasia promptly
fades away. U.S. control over the Atlantic Ocean and the ability to project influence and
power deeper into Eurasia would be severely circumscribed. 1 The American-European
Madrid declaration of 1995 underscored American support of European unity. European
unity, if linked to the U.S., broadens the globalization of the democratic global economic
system which increases the ability of the U.S. to exercise global hegemony. (Brezezinski,
1997) Brezezinski summarizes U.S.-EU relations this way: America’s geostrategic goal in
Europe is to consolidate through a more genuine transatlantic partnership the U.S.
bridgehead in Eurasia in order to use this bridgehead as a springboard for expanding the
international democratic and cooperative order. In short, a stronger U.S.-EU transatlantic
partnership is a means to the U.S. end of establishing the new world order.

Immediately following the 911 attacks, European government officials expressed complete
solidarity with the call of the U.S. government to a global war on terror; although broadening
the war to Iraq and any nation not proven to be linked with Al Qaeda was met with

make Europe more democratic, unified, efficient, secure against terrorism, and globally

In spite of some differences on the direction of the global war on terror, this chapter will
show that both the U.S. and the EU are currently committed to building an international
order of secure democracies led by America. It will show that the two are currently politically
purposeful partners in strengthening the international order.
We’ll understand the primary role of the U.S. in the new international order centers on
expanding the globalization of capitalism to new Gap states as the Leviathan military force
and guaranteeing the security of integrated Core states leading a multi-national System
Administrator police force enforcing America’s global rule sets or the rule of law.
We’ll also see the parallel role of the EU currently focused on providing multinational
military support and promoting policy serving to strengthen the new international order. The
chapter will focus on understanding the basic roles of the U.S. and the EU in the new world
order.
Chapter 5 will then analyze the roles and characteristics of the EU and U.S. against the
characteristics of the fourth and final global kingdom as revealed in the prophecy of Daniel
and the apostle John.
U.S.-EU transatlantic partnership

This look at the EU and US relationship and its place in biblical prophecy begins with a look
at the 2006 National Security Strategy of the United States. The excerpt from this document
below shows us that it’s the responsibility of the U.S. to lead the international order through
multinational efforts deceitfully promising the world freedom, prosperity and peace.
Apparently running a parallel path across the Atlantic Ocean, European High Representative
for the Common Foreign and Security Policy Javier Solana Madariaga proposes The
European Security Strategy adopted by the Heads of State and Government at the European
Council in Brussels, Belgium 12/12/2003.
Sounding as if it’s been taken from a common playbook, The European Security Strategy
confirms America’s military leadership role through the NATO Alliance in the transatlantic
partnership between the U.S. and Europe within the international order.

U.S. hardball versus EU softball ?
(Javier Solana in “A Secure Europe In A Better World: The European Security Strategy”)
Are the national security strategies of the U.S. and EU very much alike in spite of
fundamental differences between their people?
CFR member; co-founder of Project For A New American Century (PNAC); director of the U.S.
Leadership Project; senior associate at the Carnegie Endowment for Peace; Yale, Harvard and
American University alumni scholar Robert Kagan contrasts the difference in the typical
mindset of Americans and Europeans in the book, Of Paradise And Power: America and Europe
in the New World Order.
Kagan shares the general perception is that Americans favor threats of force, while
Europeans favor peaceful negotiation and peaceful diplomacy in order to resolve conflicts.
Kagan points out that Americans subscribe more to the Hobbesian doctrine that human
nature left unchecked would lead to war against all; while Europeans practice Enlightened
classic liberal foreign relations promoting open markets and liberal trade. In other words,
swift Old Testament “eye for an eye” justice is the American way, while rehabilitation is
more popular in Europe. This is revealed in the fact that in order to join the EU, a nation
must renounce capital punishment. It’s important to remember, however, that the contrast
between Americans and Europeans isn’t as big as it seems because Americans share the great
dream of the European Enlightenment.
Although the U.S. and the EU are transatlantic partners in the New World Order, we see an
apparent contrast between the U.S. and EU represented in images of the heads of state
embodied in U.S. President George W. Bush and Dr. Javier Solana Madariaga; High
Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) and the Secretary-
General of both the Council of the European Union (EU) and the Western European Union
(WEU).

In spite of the contrasting foreign policy image generally presented to us by the
programmers, I believe the Bush-Solana partnership in their international order of shared
values is better depicted in the side by side photograph of the two leaders below.
Jeremy Rifkin, fellow at the Wharton School’s Executive Education Program and President
of the Foundation on Economic Trends in Washington, D.C. is the author of The European
Dream. In that work, Rifkin observes that the fundamental difference between the people of
the U.S. and EU lie in their feelings about God and moral absolutes. It’s religious belief,
whether biblically based or not, that seems to be the root difference between the beliefs of
the people of the U.S. and EU concerning human rights, national sovereignty and patriotic
pride.
Belief in God and some timeless moral absolutes characterize many Americans. Belief in
individual situational ethics divorced from God’s moral law is a more common belief in
Europe. As a result, war is sold to Americans based upon the need for the forces of good to
conquer evil and support our national interests. Europeans, on the other hand, promote
peaceful diplomatic negotiation rather than force.
Kagan’s historical glimpse of American and European foreign policy reveals, however, that
each group has relied more upon force than diplomacy when they were in a position of
military superiority. He reminds us that in the face of more powerful European forces, early
America statesman, like today’s European leaders checked by American military power,

employed international law and opinion to calm strife. As American military power grew,
however, power politics became America’s modus operandi. Kagan concludes that although
Europe isn’t capable of constraining the U.S., the U.S and EU need to build upon shared
Western values. He believes Europeans and Americans need to accept America’s dominating
influence and global hegemony. At the same time, however, he believes that Europe needs
to improve her military capabilities as America returns to a decent respect for mankind in
order to improve the transatlantic partnership for a better world. 2
Joseph Nye, Jr. (CFR), Dean of the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard, former
National Intelligence Chairman and Assistant Secretary of defense under President Clinton,
observes in The Paradox Of American Power, that reports of transatlantic differences are often
overstated.
Mr. Nye writes:
“As Karstan Voigt, a senior German politician, put it, “The distinction between foreign and domestic policy
has blurred as our societies have interwoven.” 3
Zbigniew Brzezinski (CFR), counselor and trustee at the Center for Strategic and
International Studies and professor of American foreign policy at the School of Advanced
International Studies at John Hopkins University, writes in Second Chance: Three Presidents and
the Crisis of American Superpower: “it is essential for America to preserve and fortify its
transatlantic ties”. 4 The three Presidents/Global Leaders referred to in the book are Bush I,
Clinton and Bush II.
Brzezinski believes the U.S and EU “could be the decisive force for good in the world” 5 . He
believes “America has a monopoly on global military reach, an economy second to none,
and peerless technological innovation, all of which give it unique worldwide political clout.
Moreover, there is a widespread, if unspoken, practical recognition that the international
system needs a stabilizer, and that the most likely short term alternative to a constructive
American world role is chaos. An intelligent Global Leader IV should still be able to exploit
that feeling…” 6
Brzezinski proceeds to make a case America to “preserve and fortify its transatlantic ties
because while the “United States needs a politically purposeful Europe as a global partner”
to form globally responsible policy, Europe needs American power to avoid becoming selfcentered
and divisive. 7

Brzezinski continues on in Second Chance to call for the American President to lead in
teaching the public about America’s global responsibility in a state of the world speech 8 . This
fits well with the future role of America that Jim Garrison, president of the State of The
World Forum, depicts in America as Empire. Garrison’s message is that it’s America’s
responsibility to be the guarantor of global security and lead the nations into the next
iteration of global governance, a new form of democracy he terms network governance, in
which the world is united as a single matrix. 9
All of this meshes well with the occult plans of the Spiritual Hierarchy for America and the
world outlined by Alice A. Bailey in The Destiny of the Nations. This new age occult religious
book, confirming the reality of spiritual forces revealed in Ephesians 6:12, details the
interplay of magical demonic forces in the battle between directing agencies within the Great
White Brotherhood and the Lodge of Materialistic Forces. Bailey teaches that these directing
agencies produce the international religious and economic conflicts we see. 10 Under the
demonic plan of the Spiritual Hierarchy, three great fusing energies are said to exist on
planet earth. These vital centres are as follows:
Russia blending eastern Europe and northern and western Asia
U.S. and later South America blending central and western Europe and the whole
western hemisphere
British Empire blending the entire world 11
Bailey states that the United States is “fusing the nationals of many nations into one
federated state with many subsidiary states, instead of subsidiary nations” working with
Great Britain “with this wide objective in order to give to the planet a system of groupings
within one national border or empire, and yet with an implication which will be symbolic of
the coming new age of government.” 12
Transatlantic Economic Council
In spite of the fact that the U.S. and EU are sometimes made to appear in opposition, in
actuality, the EU and the U.S. have been cooperating to integrate economically for years.
The Transatlantic Economic Council exists for this purpose.
The political function of The Transatlantic Economic Council is to oversee and accelerate
government-to-government cooperation aimed at advancing economic integration between
the EU and U.S.

headquartered in Washington and Brussels the working toward a Transatlantic Common
Market between the EU and US by 2015.

Couched within Annex 7 Innovation and Technology section of the Framework for Advancing
Transatlantic Economic Integration between the United States of America and the European
Union is the following resolve:
conduct an exchange of innovation experts to discuss best practices working together on interoperability of
electronic health record systems; all dimensions related to RFID; and development of a framework of
regulation and payment policies that promote innovation.
The European-American Business Council represents 68 US and European global
companies united in promoting Trans-Atlantic investment, innovation and integration.
They appealed to Bush, Merkel and Barroso of the need for medical records that are
immediately accessible anytime and anywhere through cost efficient cutting edge electronic

Implantable microchips
Of course, the road to achieving instantaneous, real time reporting is through the use of an
implantable computer chip.
On Oct. 13, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the VeriChip, a
computer chip implanted subcutaneously to facilitate medical record access produced and
marketed by Applied Digital Solutions Inc. (ADS) in Delray Beach, Florida. The tiny
electronic capsule transmits a unique code to a scanner that allows doctors to confirm a
patient's identity and obtain detailed medical record information from an associated secure
database. The goal is to improve care and avoid errors by ensuring that doctors know whom
they are treating and the patient's personal health details.

Since the FDA clearance of VeriChip for medical applications, five hospitals have agreed to
adopt the VeriChip system in their emergency departments. However, as of the end of 2006,

corporations, wireless providers and government agencies is striving to establish global
federated identity standards.
Global Interoperable ID
International travelers entering the U.S. are already incorporated into the electronic database
behind the Department of Homeland security program known as US-VISIT. US-VISIT
currently applies to all visitors (with limited exemptions) entering the United States,
regardless of country of origin or whether they are traveling on a visa or by air, sea or land.

In light of the above EU-U.S. transatlantic integration goals and the timetable for
implementation of personal electronic medical records and Real ID, it’s not unrealistic to
think that an interoperable global biometric RFID/personal electronic medical
record/electronic payment card or implantable ID/personal medical record/electronic
payment microchip will be required of U.S., EU and other world citizens by approximately
2014 barring divine restraint.
This interoperable ID matrix will be implemented in God’s time and become a tool of
judgment in His hand to be turned against those that fawn and submit to the authority of the
beast kingdom in fear of its supreme military power. (Revelation 13:3-4, Revelation 16:2)
Many revolutionaries who understand the deceptive intent of the false prophet will
overcome the beast kingdom. (Daniel 11:33-35; Revelation 7:9-17) They will resist his
command to obey his economic rule set or universal law instituting that they provide of
themselves a mark or imprint of their right hand or their forehead/face in order to be
considered secure to buy and sell in the global economy through possession of this ID mark,
and the name of the beast nation and their personal number. (Daniel 11:35, 12:9; Revelation
6:9-11, 7:0-17, 13:11-18, 19:20, 20: 4) In reward for their faithful and courageous obedience
they will live and rule with Jesus Christ while the beast nation and his lying, dragon tongued
false prophet Antichrist experience eternal torment in the lake of fire and brimstone.

Conclusion: The U.S. Leviathan
Thomas P.M. Barnett, Ph.D Harvard Political Science, was a Senior Strategic Researcher and
Professor in the Warfare Analysis & Research Department, Center for Naval Warfare
Studies, U.S. Naval War College, Newport, Rhode Island from 1998-2004. Following the
September 11, 2001 attacks, from October 2001 to June 2003, Barnett worked as the
Assistant for Strategic Futures in the Office of Force Transformation in the Department of
Defense.

Barnett calls the U.S. the world’s Leviathan. Interestingly, in the context of the day of the
Lord, Isaiah 27:1 describes leviathan as the piercing, crooked serpent punished by the Lord.
Barnett echoes the call of Brzezinski, Nye, Garrison and Kagan for America to lead the
economic integration of the world as globalization’s bodyguard and gauranteer of security.
The U.S. role, according to Barnett’s strategic plans, is for the U.S. to decisively employ
powerful, unilateral, U.S. based, preemptive Leviathan military force to bring war against
Gap states refusing to integrate with our global security rule sets and use multinational global
System Administrator police-like forces both inside and outside the U.S. against individuals
within integrated Core states defined by security rule sets as enemies of the state.13 In short,
Barnett teaches that America will administer the global economic system as its sole military
superpower. 14
Barnett’s belief, which aligns with the biblical prophecy of Revelation 17:12-13 concerning
the final global kingdom, is “…there are only two types of people in the world: those who
live in states united and those who someday will.” 15

EU o r U.S. Be ast?
Introduction: Antichrist as head of 10 nation revived Roman Empire?
Many biblical prophecy teachers have long believed that Antichrist would arise in Europe as the
head of a ten nation revived Roman Empire.
One of the more credible active biblical based theories concerning Antichrist was originally seen by
the late Herb Peters. His work, begun in the book, Recommendation 666, is being faithfully carried on
by his daughter and son-in law, Holly & Adam Pivec, at www.fulfilledprophecy.com. They continue
watching to see if Javier Solana, or another future EU leader, will arise in Europe as Antichrist.
I have followed the work at www.fulfilledprophecy.com since 2004 and appreciate the cautious
watchfulness, faithfulness and wise restraint used by them in the difficult work of interpreting
current events in light of biblical prophecy. As is common with many American prophecy teachers,
however, their prophetic paradigm is that the U.S. isn’t mentioned in the scriptures. They forget that
the actual name of the beast, false prophet, Antichrist, man of sin, son of perdition, Babylon the
Great and many false prophets and antichrists aren’t given in scripture either. In spite of the fact that
each isn’t specifically identified by name in the scriptures, each will be identifiable in the world by
the way they’re described in scripture. Likewise, if the true character and actions of a nation match
the prophetic description of a nation, that nation is “found” in the Bible even if it’s unnamed.
Herb Peters taught in Recommendation 666 that the possible rise of Antichrist might be seen in the
following signs:
10 kings of Daniel 7:19-28; Revelation 13:1, Revelation 17:12 = 10 original Brussels Treaty
powers as 10 core members of the Western European Union (WEU) with the WEU the

armed force to be used by the EU per the Maastricht Treaty 1993 and the Marseille
Declaration of 2000.
666 of Revelation 13:18 and Revelation 17:12,17 = WEU document titled Recommendation
666 giving the WEU Secretary General and the Council Secretary General and High
Representative for the Common Foreign Security Policy (CFSP) power to convene the
Council of Europe in the event of an emergency.
Revelation 13:1-4; Revelation 17:12, 17 = WEU Secretary General and the Council Secretary
General and High Representative for the Common Foreign Security Policy (CFSP) controls
the 10 Brussels Treaty WEU Powers as the military wing of the EU.
In this chapter, Peters’ teaching will be analyzed in light of biblical prophecy concerning the beast
and the current transatlantic partnership of the U.S. and EU. In addition to this analysis, the current
transatlantic partnership between the U.S. and the E.U. reviewed in chapter 4 will be compared to
the biblical description of Antichrist and the public policy of the beast kingdom.
If we are near the beginning, or already in the 70 th week of Daniel, the final seven years before the
return of Jesus Christ to destroy the kingdom of Antichrist, we should see a strong correlation
between the policies of the U.S. and the E.U. if either is to become the fourth and final kingdom of
Antichrist.
Daniel’s 4th kingdom: not a person but an empire
To begin this analysis the scriptural description of the beast kingdom found in Daniel and
Revelation will be compared to our understanding of the U.S. and the EU. This way the
interpretation of scripture will originate with the biblical text rather than being presumptuously read
into the text.
The neuter gender of the beast and the 4 th & final kingdom of Daniel
The Textus Receptus, the original Greek text underlying the KJV translation of the New Testament,
shows that the use of the pronouns he and his are missing in every verse, with one exception,
describing the beast. (See Revelation chapters 13, 17, 19, 20) The exception is found in Revelation

20:4 where a feminine pronoun refers to the beast. Even within this instance, however, the feminine
pronoun used in the Textus Receptus is translated into a masculine pronoun in the KJV text as “his
image”.
The use of the masculine pronouns he and his to describe the beast are interesting because the
gender of the noun beast is neuter, not masculine. As the feminine pronoun her is used to describe
the United States, the masculine pronouns he and his are used to describe the beast. The masculine
pronouns found in the KJV translation may reflect the authoritative military and political power the
global beast kingdom will exercise.
The addition of the masculine pronouns to describe the beast can detract from the truth that the
beast describes a global empire or kingdom. The fact that the beast is an empire is underscored by
the prophecies of Daniel describing the fourth kingdom. (Daniel 2:31-45, Daniel 7:7-28) This
kingdom will be led by 10 leaders or kings as foretold in the New Testament in Revelation 13:1 and
Revelation 17:12-13. Revelation 17:12-13 teaches that the 10 horns, driven by a resolute common
purpose, will assume control of the beast kingdom.
The fact that the beast of Revelation 13:1 is a kingdom is shown in the common fate that it shares
with the fourth beast kingdom of Daniel. Daniel 7:9-11 teaches in the context of the final judgment
to occur following the return of the Lord Jesus Christ, that “the beast was slain, and his body
destroyed, and given to the burning flame.” Within the same context, Revelation 19:19-20 explains
that John “saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him
that sat on the horse, and against his army. And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought
miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped
his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.” These verses show that the
fourth and final kingdom of Daniel 7 and the beast of Revelation 19 share the common fate of a
burning death.
The most commonly accepted belief among modern biblical prophecy teachers is that the beast out
of the sea in Revelation 13:1 represents Antichrist. We have just seen, however, that both Daniel 7
and Revelation 13, 17 and 19 teach that the beast represents a kingdom controlled by 10 kings or
political leaders. If the beast of Revelation 13:1 isn’t Antichrist, where is the man of sin found in the
book of Revelation? Is Antichrist to be assumed to be the beast out of the sea named in Revelation
13:1 because every kingdom has its king?
Antichrist is the false prophet
Revelation 13:11 tells us that another, or a different beast springs up on the global political scene.
That beast is also of neuter gender. Neuter gender indicates that this beast, like the beast of
Revelation 13:1, isn’t a man. This other beast is described as having two horns like a lamb and
speech like a dragon.
The Old Testament describes this beast as the “little horn”. Daniel 7:7-8 tell us that “another little
horn” came up among the ten horns of the beast kingdom.

The word little used in Daniel 7:7-8 refers to small in quantity or time. It’s possible that Revelation
17:10 is a reference to this little horn kingdom since the 7 th kingdom prophesied in that verse is said
to “continue a short space” before the eighth and final earthly kingdom is established.
9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. 10 And
there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a
short space. 11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.
12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as
kings one hour with the beast. 13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.
(Revelation 17:9-13)
“Continue a short space” means that this kingdom will remain in power a relatively short time. This
little horn is also mentioned in Daniel 8:8-9 as originating out of one of the four divisions of
Alexander the Greats’ Grecian Empire. This empire was a part of the eastern leg of the ancient
Roman Empire which includes the modern nations of Turkey, Syria, Iraq, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon,
Israel, Iran, Kuwait, Cyprus, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, and the countries of the Balkan

We aren’t told that the two horns of Revelation 13:11 represent kings or political leaders like we
were told that the ten kings of the beast of Revelation 13:1 and 17:12 represented kings. Thus, it’s
incorrect to presume that the two horns represent two kings. Since the rest of Revelation 13:11
contrasts the dragon-like speech of the beast kingdom with its two lamb-like horns, it follows that
the two horns refer to behavioral characteristics and not kings.
“Two horns like a lamb”
What could be meant by the word picture “two horns like a lamb”?
The word lamb, Strongs #721 arnion, is used 27 times in the book of Revelation to represent the
Lord Jesus Christ. A lamb is perceived as a gentle, humble, meek animal.
Figuratively speaking, the word horn can refer to power. This is illustrated in Habakkuk 3:4 and
Jeremiah 48:25.
If the use of the word lamb is a reference to the Lord Jesus Christ, then the two horns could
represent the exercise of power in two ways such as the manner in which the Lord Jesus Christ
exercises power as “high priest” and “prince of the kings of the earth”. (Hebrews 7:1-8:1; Revelation
1:5) A beast with “two horns like a lamb” would then represent a nation that exercises power religiously
and politically while professing faith in the Lord Jesus Christ; or at least a nation that professes to
subscribe to moral principles and values taught by the Lamb of God. Such a nation may be filled
with many “good and loving people” as George W. Bush has described America, however, the
nation would be one that actively betrays the moral values of its generally good people.
The blending of Christian religion and a bible based morality with corrupt politics is well illustrated
within the United States. The same isn’t true of the European Union. Kevin Phillips reminds us that

the United States is the only major Western nation to be caught up in a powerful conservative
religious tide. 1
David S. Domke writes that George W. Bush had united a religious fundamentalist worldview with
political language to create a political fundamentalism acceptable to Americans following 911.
Concerning 911, after visiting Ground Zero, President George W. Bush said he “was lifted up by a
wave of vengeance and testosterone and anger.” 2 This event was part of his rapid transformation
from the “The Education President” to “The War President” on a crusade for good against the evil
doers and evil ones. (Kelley, 2004)
Domke informs that “Bush’s fusion of a religious outlook with administrative policy is a striking
shift in rhetoric. Other presidents petitioned for blessings and guidance. Bush positions himself a
prophet, speaking for God. “This conclusion is backed by a report from the Lancaster New Era
report that George W. Bush told a gathering of Old Order Amish; “I trust God speaks through me.
Without that, I couldn’t do my job.” 3

The Bush Administration is certainly a type of the two-horned beast; professing a compassionate,
conservative Christianity aligning it with the moral values of its many moral supporters which is
betrayed by its devil-speak. Defense Policy Board ex-chair and member Richard Perle known as
“The Prince of Darkness” typifies this is his rant concerning the global war on terror following 911;
“This is total war. We are fighting a variety of enemies. … If we just let our vision of the world go forth, and we
embrace it entirely and we don’t try to piece together clever diplomacy, but just wage a total war…our children will
sing great songs about us years from now.” 4
“spake as a dragon”
In scripture, the dragon represents Satan. Satan’s trademark is lying, deceiving, accusative hatred
toward believers and denial that Jesus is the Christ. (John 8:44; I John 2:22; 1 John 4:20; Revelation
12:9-10)
The beast of Revelation 13:11 is an enigmatic combination. It combines a hypocritical mixture of
humility, gentleness and meekness characteristic of the Lamb of God with the lying, deceitful,
accusative, domineering devil-speak characteristic of a dragon. Its power is fueled not only through
lies, but also in persistent, persuasive and unrealistic myth. The beast out of the earth is a nation that
professes to be a light to the world and a great nation to be emulated. The truth of the matter is,

however, the devilish, political warmongering of the two horned beast betrays its profession of
compassionate goodness. This is consistent with Satan’s tendency to disguise himself as an angel or
messenger of light. (2 Corinthians 11:14)
Which nation in existence today believes that her moral principles and ideals are superior to other
nations? That nation is the best candidate to be the two-horned beast pictured in Revelation 13:11-
18; that is if we are very near to the beginning of the final seven year period before the Lord Jesus
Christ returns to earth.
The man of sin, the son of perdition: the mouth of the little horn beast
Revelation 13:5 explains that the beast kingdom consisting of ten kings is given a mouth. Daniel 7:8-
11 tell us that another little horn or kingdom springs up among the original ten kingdoms of the
fourth and final beast kingdom. Daniel’s attention was arrested by the sound of the great, powerful
and domineering words that the little horn was speaking.
Revelation 13 provides the following characteristics of the mouth of the little horn:
Speaking great things and blasphemies (Revelation 13:5, 6)
Power given unto him to continue 42 months (Revelation 13:5)
Makes war with the saints and overcomes them (Revelation 13:7)
Power was given him over all kindreds, tongues and nations. (Revelation 13:7)
He is worshipped by the unsaved. (Revelation 13:8)
Exercises all the power of the beast with ten horns on its behalf (Revelation 13:12)
Causeth the earth and its inhabitants to worship the beast kingdom (Revelation 13:12)
Doeth great wonders making fire come down from heaven in plain sight (Revelation 13:13)
Uses these miraculous wonders as a means to deceive the world (Revelation 13:14)
Uses these wonders as a pretext to command the rest of the world to produce a likeness to
the beast kingdom which had the public calamity or “wound by the sword” (Revelation
13:14)

These verses describes that Wicked, that man of sin, the son of perdition ascending to global
dictatorship behind startling, fraudulent, deceitful, unjust and immoral Satanic activities deceiving
those that choose to believe a lie because they thought evil was good. In other words, Antichrist
makes his appearance in stealth while disguising his true intentions. This man isn’t the same man he
and his supporters claim he is. There is a sharp dichotomy between the order that this hypocritical,
two-faced, two-horned Antichrist promises and the destructive chaos his policies create.

“And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a
dragon.” (Revelation 13:11)
Like a lamb, Antichrist humbly promises security, peace and prosperity. The truth is, however, he’s
lying like the devil. His deceitful policies are responsible for the opposite: unjust war and the murder
of countless numbers of Christian saints and others, stealing of personal liberties and the destruction
of national economies. (Daniel 8:25; John 10:10; Revelation 6:1-8; Revelation 13:4-8, 16-17)
Regarding the coming of Antichrist, 2 Thessalonians 2:9 states:
Even him, whose coming (Strongs #3952: arrival, advent, presence) is after (Strongs #2596: according to) the working
of Satan with all power (Strongs #1411: great ability, dominion, and authority) and signs (Strongs #4592: signs signifying
ties to a spiritual power; a prodigy, portent, i.e. an unusual occurrence transcending the common course of nature portending remarkable events
soon to happen) and lying (Strongs #5579: falsehood) wonders (Strongs #5059: portent, omen, prodigy. A portent is an omen of
ill; a prodigy indicating the approach of evil or calamity. A prodigy is a strange thing out of the ordinary process of nature and so
extraordinary that it excites wonder or astonishment. Omens or signs and indicators can be drawn from prodigious events which point to a
future event.)
2 Thessalonians 2:4 describes Antichrist as a haughty man with a high opinion of himself and
contempt for others. His arrogance and dictatorial manner put him in opposition to and set him
against what anyone else worships or calls God as he demonstrates himself as the supreme ruler and
decider.
The fourth kingdom or beast
As previously stated, the fourth kingdom or fourth beast, the final global kingdom in existence when
the Lord Jesus Christ returns, is foretold in the prophecy of Daniel.
These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth. But the saints of the most High shall
take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom forever, even forever and ever. (Daniel 7:17-18)
This beast is described in Daniel 7 as follows:
After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had
great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all
the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns. (Daniel 7:7)
Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast, which was diverse from all the others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth
were of iron, and his nails of brass; which devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet; (Daniel 7:19)
Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms,
and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces. (Daniel 7:23)
Daniel 7:23 clearly teaches that the fourth beast is a kingdom.
Amplified definitions of the adjectives used in the above verses to describe the beast kingdom are as

Shall devour the whole earth: 399-accused, devour, slander. To eat up; to eat with greediness; to eat ravenously,
as a beast of prey, or as a hungry man.

Break it in pieces: 1855-crush. To press and bruise between two hard bodies; to squeeze, so as to force a thing

The following modern paraphrased description of the beast kingdom is the result of synthesizing the
amplified meanings of the adjectives used to describe the kingdom in Daniel 2:40-44 and Daniel 7:7,
Daniel 7:19 and Daniel 7:23.
And the fourth kingdom shall be very powerful militarily. Strong as iron and able to smash the existing infrastructure
of any nation to pieces, this formidable, preeminent global military power excites fear in those potentially opposing its
will. (Daniel 2:40; Daniel 7:7)
Characterized by a brazen disregard of others and motivated by a ravenous greed for their resources, the beast will
slander and accuse differing non-integrated states in order to justify its clawing, preemptive attacks upon them. (Daniel
7:19)
In its military campaigns this beast shocks and awes its prey with the world’s most powerful, state of the art weaponry.
After smashing an opponent with a formidable display of world class military strength, the beast then forces a differing,
non-integrating state out of its existing socio-economic mold. It accomplishes this by using a divide and conquer strategy
designed to fragment the nation into warring factions; trample the existing political structure, and ultimately leave its
beastly image stamped or imprinted upon the face of the land of the newly occupied state. (Daniel 2:40; Daniel 2:44;
Daniel 7:7; Daniel 7:19; Revelation 13: 14-18)
In spite of this iron clad military hard power, the fourth kingdom remains a divided kingdom. This disunity exists
between a mixture of its stronger and weaker client states distributed around the globe. The unity of its states is
marked by the integration of each state with the beast into the global economic system. The client states are held
together by the support of the beasts policing System Administrator forces and its soft power propaganda programs.
(Daniel 2:41-43; Revelation 13:11-18)
It is clear from this description of the fourth kingdom that the two iron legs which carried the
fourth beast beyond its own borders in order to “devour the whole earth” (Daniel 7:23) and stamp
its image upon states different from itself parallels the hard power foreign military strategy of the
U.S. leviathan more than EU’s soft power.
The soft power of the EU is currently focused on providing multinational military support in parallel
with the U.S. and promoting policy serving to strengthen the global kingdom or new international
order. If the military power of the EU rises to a level comparable to that of the U.S. in the future,

however, and the EU begins to pursue an aggressive, preemptive military strategy intent on
spreading its image, it might be that the two iron legs of the beast are intended to represent the
transatlantic partnership of the U.S. and the EU working together to forge the new international
order of united states. Currently, however, the U.S. seems to best represent the fourth kingdom with
the EU serving as its politically purposeful partner focused on providing multinational military
support and promoting policy serving to strengthen the new international order.
Conclusion: U.S. beast
In The Grand Chessboard, American Primacy And Its Geostrategic Imperatives, Zbigniew Brzezinski reminds
us that “the U.S. has always professed its fidelity to the cause of a united Europe” and since the days
of the Kennedy Administration has spoken of “equal partnership.” (Brzezinski, 1997)
Brzezinski explains that Europe is America’s natural ally since Europeans and Americans share a
common religious heritage, democratic politics and ancestral roots. Europe is America’s essential
geopolitical bridgehead on the Eurasian continent. European nations highly depend on U.S. military
protection. As a result, as Europe expands, so does the influence of the United States.
Brzezinski, currently the foreign policy advisor to 2008 Democratic Presidential candidate Barack
Hussein Obama (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zbigniew_Brzezinski), describes the unique global
hegemony of the United States in the following terms. His description bears a striking similarity to
Daniels’ prophetic description of the fourth and final kingdom of the beast.

United States control all of the world’s oceans and seas, but it has developed an assertive
military capability for amphibious shore control that enables it to project its power inland in

massive but intangible impact of the American domination of global communications,
popular entertainment, and mass culture and by the potentially very tangible clout of
America’s technological edge and global military reach.” 10

ultimately from a single source, namely, Washington, D.C. and that is where the power game
has to be played, and played according to America’s domestic rules.” 11

linking up with, financing and directing, religious, ethnic and regional elites against national regimes, independent or
hostile to US world empire building.
The key to US military empire building follows two principles: direct military invasions and fomenting separatist
movements, which can lead to military confrontation.
Consistent with traditional empire building principles, Washington only supports separatists in countries that refuse to
submit to imperial domination and opposes separatists who resist the empire and its allies. In other words,
Twenty-first century empire building has seen the extended practice of both principles in Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran,
Lebanon, China (Tibet), Bolivia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Somalia, Sudan, Burma and Palestine – any country in
which the US cannot secure a stable client regime, it resorts to financing and promoting separatist organizations and
leaders using ethnic, religious and regional pretexts.
Imperial ideologues are neither ‘hypocrites’ nor resort to ‘double standards’ (as they are accused by liberal critics) – they
publicly uphold the ‘Empire first’ principle as their defining criteria for evaluating separatist movements and granting
or denying support. In contrast, many seemingly progressive critics of empire make universal statements in favor of the
‘right to self-determination’ and even extend it to the most rancid, reactionary, imperial-sponsored ‘separatist groups’
with catastrophic results. Independent nations and their people, who oppose US-backed separatists, are bombed to
oblivion and charged with ‘war crimes’. People, who oppose the separatists and who reside in the ‘new state’, are killed
or driven into exile. The ‘liberated people’ suffer from the tyranny and impoverishment induced by the US-backed
separatists and many are forced to immigrate to other countries for economic survival.”

In the next article, Petras shows how the imperialist United States fabricates pretexts to justify the
use of force against foreign nations.
“The task of imperial rulers is to fabricate a world in which the enemy to be attacked (an emerging imperial power like
Japan) is portrayed as an ‘invader’ or an ‘aggressor’ in the case of revolutionary movements (Korean and Indo-Chinese
communists) engaged in a civil war against an imperial client ruler or a ‘terrorist conspiracy’ linked to an antiimperialist,
anti-colonial Islamic movements and secular states. Imperialist-democracies in the past did not need to
consult or secure mass support for their expansionist wars; they relied on volunteer armies, mercenaries and colonial

Since all US imperial wars are fought ‘overseas’ – far from any immediate threats, attacks or invasions - -US
imperial rulers have the special task of making the ‘causus bellicus’ immediate, ‘dramatic’ and self-righteously
‘defensive’.
To this end US Presidents have created circumstances, fabricated incidents and acted in complicity with their enemies,
to incite the bellicose temperament of the masses in favor of war.
The pretext for wars are acts of provocation which set in motion a series of counter-moves by the enemy, which are then
used to justify an imperial mass military mobilization leading to and legitimizing war.

State ‘provocations’ require uniform mass media complicity in the lead-up to open warfare: Namely the portrayal of the
imperial country as a victim of its own over-trusting innocence and good intentions. All four major US imperial wars
over the past 67 years resorted to a provocation, a pretext, and systematic, high intensity mass media propaganda to
mobilize the masses for war. An army of academics, journalists, mass media pundits and experts ‘soften up’ the public
in preparation for war through demonological writing and commentary: Each and every aspect of the forthcoming
military target is described as totally evil – hence ‘totalitarian’ - in which even the most benign policy is linked to
demonic ends of the regime.
Since the ‘enemy to be’ lacks any saving graces and worst, since the ‘totalitarian state’ controls everything and
everybody, no process of internal reform or change is possible. Hence the defeat of ‘total evil’ can only take place through
‘total war’. The targeted state and people must be destroyed in order to be redeemed. In a word, the imperial democracy
must regiment and convert itself into a military juggernaut based on mass complicity with imperial war crimes. The war
against ‘totalitarianism’ becomes the vehicle for total state control for an imperial war.
In the case of the US-Japanese war, the US-Korean war, the US-Indochinese war and the post-September 11 war
against an independent secular nationalist regime (Iraq) and the Islamic Afghan republic, the Executive branch (with
the uniform support of the mass media and congress) provoked a hostile response from its target and fabricated a
pretext as a basis for mass mobilization for prolonged and bloody wars.”

Such deceit and lying fits with the lying serpent speak of the two-horned beast; the little horn;
Antichrist; the mouth of the beast kingdom of Revelation 13:1 and Daniel 7:7. It also aligns with the
prophecies of Revelation 13:13-14 and 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 which teach us that Antichrist will
make fire come down from heaven and use startling, imposing, amazing lies to deceive the masses
into thinking his evil was good.
The fourth kingdom of Daniel 7 also aligns well with the future role of the U.S. foreseen by Jim
Garrison, president of the State of The World Forum.
As mentioned in Chapter 4, Garrison depicts America’s responsibility as the guarantor of global
security needed to lead the nations into the next iteration of global governance, a new form of
democracy he terms network governance, in which the world is united as a single matrix. 16
Concluding, when we examine the scriptures against the current roles of the EU and US in world
politics, we see that it’s the United States, not the EU that currently bears a striking similarity to the
description of the fourth kingdom of Daniel 7 and Revelation 13:1.
The next chapter will consider the prophetic implications of the relationship of both the U.S. and
the EU with Israel in possibly fulfilling President Bush’s Roadmap to Peace vision of independent
Palestinian and Israeli states living side-by-side in peace and security.

Chapter 6
EU, US, Israel & Daniel’s 70 th Week
This chapter considers the relationship of the United States and the European Union with Israel in
light of President Bush’s Roadmap to Peace vision and biblical prophecy.
Chapter 4 showed that the United States, not the European Union, is currently planned to be the
world’s military Leviathan waging war spreading globalization.
This chapter reveals the possibility that the raw force of the American Leviathan military force may
be applied to apparently resolve the Palestinian Arab-Israeli en route to the fulfillment of many
biblical prophecies related to the final seven years before the second coming of the Lord Jesus
Christ.
Cooperation on the Middle East Roadmap to Peace
Regarding the Middle East, Zbigniew Brzezinski observes that it’s possible that fervent advocates of
democracy in the Middle East are promoting democracy as a subversive tool of destabilization
which is being used to produce extremism knowing that the ensuing chaos will eventually justify the
imposition of raw force once the democratic experiment is considered a failure. 1
Are we seeing the stage being set for a future invasion of Israel by raw force as part of the overall
global war against terrorism? If in fact we are, it’s the United States, not EU armed forces that have
been positioned to impose raw force upon the Middle East.
Thomas P.M. Barnett is certain an invasion of Israel by the raw force of the United States military
Leviathan is on the future horizon as he states:
“…the mess America will find itself managing in the Middle East alone will effectively transform our military into
what it needs to become to play Leviathan to the Gap as a whole. I do not cite this as a possibility; I mean it as a
virtual certainty.” 2
Before addressing the Middle East peace issue further, consider what Mr. Barnett is communicating
here in light of biblical prophecy and the global war on terror.
The Gap, as defined by military advisors like Thomas P.M. Barnett, is regions of the world that are
largely disconnected from the global economy. Barnett says George W. Bush “has set a showdown
between the forces of connectedness and disconnectedness in our world.” 3 Disconnectedness is defined

as opposition to the process of globalization; the worldwide integration and increasing flows of
trade, capital, ideas, and people. 4 Disconnectedness is the opposite of functioning within
globalization. 5 In basic terms, globalization is the spread of the global economy. Connectivity is the
opposite of disconnectedness. According to Barnett, “disconnectedness is the ultimate enemy” in
the global war on terror, and once the United States has “named our enemies, we will invariably
wage war, unleashing the death and destruction that come with it.” 6
Globalization in biblical prophecy
In biblical terms, globalization is the construction process required to establish the fourth kingdom of
Daniel; the blasphemous beast kingdom of Revelation 13:1 complete with its global economic
system and interoperable global ID mark. This mark will be required for every individual
participating in the beast’s global economy. (Daniel 7:7-28, Revelation 13) This fourth kingdom is
also called the little horn and it will led by another beast called the false prophet otherwise known in
New Testament scripture as the man of sin; that Wicked; antichrist. (Daniel 7:7, 8, 19-21; 2
Thessalonians 2:8-12; Revelation 16:13; Revelation 19:20; Revelation 20:10)
Erasing disconnectedness, according to strategic military advisers such as Barnett, is the defining
security task of our age. He bluntly states:
“the global war on terror is all about connectivity” 7
“the goals of winning the war on terrorism and expanding globalization are two sides of the
same coin” 8
The war on terror is “today’s brutal means to a future worth creating: a Middle East that’s
reconnected to the world.” 9
Barnett also teaches that the global war on terror isn’t primarily a war against nations. This war is
about “processing individual terrorists” because everyone needs to play by the Core’s emerging
rules”. 10 He makes the ongoing blasphemous beast-like mission of the U.S. military very clear in
frank words such as:
“what we in today is primarily warfare against individuals;”
“think about our likely targets in years to come-individuals all”
The “hit-list” on the war on terror is composed of those “who’ve declared war on
globalization’s creeping advance” 11 .

The U.S. “offers no truces to the determined forces of disconnectedness, for they have no
future in our shared world, our global community. These individuals are slated for
extinction…” 12 “This is a new type of war (for us, at least) against a new type of enemy (the
Man with No State) 13 .
The global war on terror will involve mandatory “marking” of integrating
individuals and killing of non-integrating “un-marked” individuals
Thomas Barnett heartlessly admits that when the U.S. “can’t bag them, then we’ll seek to tag them”
using technologies to “identify, locate and track “targets of interest””. Concerning tagging targeted
terrorists Barnett suggests that “maybe these tiny transmitters or other tags would be planted on
their physical persons (or even in their bodies)” so they can be detected later and tracked by
“counterterrorism sensor networks” led by law enforcement agencies inside the Core. 14
As Jesus said many times to underscore the importance of his words; “he who has ears let him
here”: I beg you passionately my beloved brothers and sisters in Christ- put away the 501-c3 idolatry,
demonic media deception and wake up to the truth concerning this fallen nation if you haven’t
already!
Based upon military and law enforcement plans in light of the prophetic word of God contained in
Revelation 13:11-18, I warn not on the basis of tin foiled conspiracy theory, but on the firm basis of
biblical fact:
If the United States led global “war on terror” proceeds according to plan, the
endgame of this battle will include “war with the saints.” (Revelation 13:7)
If you don’t yet believe in biblical prophecy as truth, and the Lord Jesus Christ as your Messiah, why
don’t you take some time to consider the odds that the plan for the global war on terror would
coincide so well with the prophecies recorded in the Revelation.
Then, take some more time and consider the personal cost of giving up control of your life to the
invisible power of the Lord Jesus Christ through faith in his holy truth. If you’ve then decided you’re
ready to courageously line up under the supreme authority of the Lord Jesus Christ and his holy
truth rather than a leader of a beast nation, take the next logical step: turn away from all you know to
be wrong, admit you’re a sinner that can’t be saved apart from the work of a Holy God and receive
the Lord Jesus Christ for who he is-the only true God and Lord of all whose word recorded in
scripture provides us the only lasting truth, hope, comfort, and wisdom.

Praise God that the victims of antichrist’s war with the saints; those of us who are physical victims
of antichrists war with the saints, will be blessed by God for their faithful obedience. The blessing
will be the eternal gracing of God’s comforting presence and the gift of ruling authority with the
Lord Jesus Christ in his 1000 year kingdom that will immediately follow his second coming.

Big Bang orchestrated in Middle East by America in advance of 911
Returning to Thomas Barnett’s assertion that America will impose its Leviathan military force upon
the Middle East at some point in the future, consider that Barnett has admitted that America
orchestrated, long in advance of 9/11/2001, a “Big Bang” invasion of the Middle East in order to
shrink the Gap in one fell swoop having pre-selected the spring of 2003 to launch the Big Bang. 15
It was previously stated that the Gap is defined as regions of the world that are largely disconnected
from the global economy. Mr. Barnett candidly informs us that strategy of the Big Bang in the
Middle East wasn’t intended to be a rapid road to democratic peace, “but about speeding the killing
to its logical conclusion.” 16
If you think that the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq under the guise of the war on terror aren’t
part of a larger Big Bang strategy to increase the integration of the Middle East with the global
economy, consider that Zbigniew Brzezinski documents that “while seeking congressional and U.N.
approval for war in late 2002 and early 2003, Bush, in a confidential discussion with Prime Minister
Tony Blair recorded by Blair’s foreign policy advisor, ac tually to y e d w ith th e id e a o f s tag ing a
d e lib e rate m ilitary p ro vo c atio n in order to precipitate a casus belli. For a president, even to raise
such a notion is to skate on thin legal ice.” 17 Increased profits justify murderous manipulation in the
evil, conspiratorial minds of the kings of the earth.
What do military strategic planners have to say about the role that the United States could play in
temporarily resolving the Arab-Israeli conflict? In a scenario Thomas P.M. Barnett calls the New
Berlin Wall, he envisions a physical divorce between Israel and the West bank plus Gaza as the most

likely route toward lasting peace. He sees America resolving potential conflict at the border wall
between Israel and Palestine by exporting security to this border wall in a “long-term peacekeeping
mission along this barrier, effectively walling off Israel from Palestine.” 18
Barnett’s barrier is reminiscent of the abomination of desolation spoken of Daniel and the Lord Jesus
Christ in the context of great tribulation and is biblically defined as the surrounding of Antichrist’s
armies around Jerusalem. This definition is found by studying the parallel accounts regarding
Jesus’ teaching on the abomination of desolation and noticing the slight variation of Luke 21:20
compared to Matthew 24:15 and Mark 13:9. Daniel 11:31-12:1 also shed light on this topic.
According to the scriptures related to the abomination of desolation, Gentile armies commanded by
Antichrist will bring great distress and wrath upon the land of Israel during this time of great
tribulation. Many occupying the land of Israel at that time will be conquered and taken hostage to
foreign nations as the scriptures below reveal.

According to the scriptures we just read, great tribulation begins at the time the abomination of
desolation is set up.
Interestingly, former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher has written that “The United Statesnot
the United Nations or the Europeans-is the only credible outside peacemaker” between Israel
and the many. 19
It’s critical to any study regarding antichrist and the day of the Lord to note that the prophets
depicted antichrist as being responsible for dividing the land of Israel in the last days and that
division of the land for economic gain would result in bringing God’s wrath upon a world that chose
to integrate into antichrist’s global economic rule set. (Isaiah 10:13; Daniel 11:39; Micah 2:4; Joel 3:2;
Zechariah 14:1-2; Revelation 13:11-18; Revelation 19:11-21)
In the mean time, the programmers are busy selling us on the possibility that in 2008 U.S. President
George W. Bush will broker peace between Israel and Palestine as a part of the EU, U.S., UN and
Russian Performance Based Roadmap to Peace. This plan is otherwise known as Bush’s Roadmap
Vision emphasizing the primary role of President Bush as visionary peace broker. Excerpts from the
introduction of this performance based roadmap are shown below. Note the cooperation of the
U.S., EU, Russia and the UN on Roadmap implementation.

Confusion ahead for pre-tribulation rapture believers
Modern pre-tribulation rapture bible teachers have taught for decades that the coming Antichrist
would be the political leader who would broker a peace settlement between Israel and the Palestinian
Arabs at the start of Daniel’s 70 th week. The 70 th week is the final 7 year period following the rapture
of the church and prior to the return of the Lord Jesus Christ in glory to destroy the kingdom of
Antichrist.
The excerpts below from mainstream biblical eschatology authorities illustrate this well:
“The actual event inaugurating the Tribulation is found in Daniel 9:27 when the Antichrist, “the prince that shall
come,” makes a covenant with Israel for seven years. …It may be that when Christ raptures the Church, the
Antichrist will make a covenant with Israel the next day, the next week, or who knows how much later. There are

“All signs point to the necessity of a coming peace settlement in the Middle East. …In Israel, changing internal
politics may demand some demobilization of the military and dependence on outside guarantees for Israel’s security.

international political leader who can give Israel these guarantees and force dissident Arab factions to accept a final
peace will gain world recognition overnight. A peace settlement is one of the most important events predicted for the end
time. The signing of this peace treaty will start the final countdown leading to Armageddon and then introduce the new

Middle East; at least a semblance of peace … his popularity will soar! Imagine if today some great personage would
rise and almost overnight resolve the Arab-Israel crisis to the satisfaction of everyone….what a triumphal victory for

inevitable, a great leader will come to international prominence proclaiming, “Peace, Peace!”. He will jet from one
nation to another negotiating his proposals, and ultimately establish contracts between Israel and other countries.
(Daniel 9) …Wait! Before this one can come to power, before he can exercise full sway in bringing this false 3 ½ year

“Therefore when Antichrist appears (there’s a vacuum being created right now for his 25 appearance) and promises peace
and produces peace, the world will go after him. And if that man appeared today in Western Europe, for that is where

will just bring peace. So the first half of the Tribulation, a period of three and a half years, I think will be a time of
peace, a false peace by the Antichrist. They are going to have a real summit conference in that day. The Antichrist will

“The prophecy of Daniel 9:27 tells us about the final seven years of the Antichrist’s rule. “Then he shall confirm a
covenant with many for one week: but in the middle of the week He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering…..
The proceeding verse, Daniel 9:26, described the identity of the one who will make a seven-year covenant or treaty with

Desperate for peace and ignorant of Antichrist’s true nature; Israel will soon sign a seven year treaty of peace with the
Antichrist. In fact, the signing of the treaty is the event that will inaugurate the seven year tribulation. In this treaty

Daniel 9:27: “These seven years constitute the 70 th week of Daniel, he shall confirm. “He” is the last-mentioned
prince (v. 26), leader of the Roman sphere (cf. chaps 2 and 7), the Antichrist who comes in the latter days. The time is
in the future tribulation period of “one week” i.e., the final seven years of v.24. He confirms (lit. causes to prevail) a
seven year covenant, his own pact with Israel for what will turn out actually to be a shorter time. The leader of this
covenant is the “little horn”… (Dr. John MacArthur, The MacArthur Study Bible, 1997)
“Could it be possible that any “final solution” to the current Middle East crisis will need to be brokered by an outside
power who will be willing to “guarantee” Israel’s security while Israel and her Arab neighbors implement the treaty?
Could the agreement be a peace treaty designed to normalize relations between Israel and her Arab neighbors over a
seven year period with some type of international peace-keeping force guaranteeing secure borders? …Daniel 9 gives the
first clue by which the Antichrist can be clearly identified. The world will not know who the Antichrist is until “he
will confirm a covenant with many for one seven. (Daniel 9:27). When the world gets its first glimpse of the
Antichrist, he will be in the role of peacemaker. Obviously he will have risen to power earlier so he can make such an
agreement, but this is the first time when he will be clearly identified to the world. … What is this covenant that
Antichrist will make with Israel? ...Very likely the covenant will allow Israel to be at peace with her Arab
neighbors…. This world ruler will succeed where Kissinger, Carter, Reagan, Bush and other world leaders have

“”The first clue in scripture about the identity of Antichrist is found in Daniel 9:27, where he is pictured brokering a
peace treaty with Israel.” … “The Antichrist will come with the olive branch in his hand. He will come on the scene
and accomplish what was considered impossible: He will solve the Middle Eastern peace puzzle and rid the world of

Costly decisions facing pre-tribulation rapture believers
If President George W. Bush or another U.S. president is elevated to success in the new
international order and presented to us as the visionary broker of peace in the Middle East; any
thinking pre-tribulation rapture believer in support of the President and American foreign policy
face a difficult and confusing moral dilemma scripted and directed by Satan.
If a pre-tribulation rapture believer is alive to witness the historic brokering of a Middle East Peace
by President Bush or a successor, according to their own definition of recognizing Antichrist, they
should believe they’re witnessing Antichrist as peace broker disguised as the POTUS. They should
also believe that they were “left behind” in the rapture because their prophetic paradigm, the false

pre-tribulation rapture doctrine, teaches that they can’t be here when Antichrist is revealed. As a
result, they will have some hard choices to make quickly if they are to act in line with their doctrinal
beliefs concerning Antichrist and Daniel’s 70 th week:
Will they teach submission to the government of Antichrist and support of his public policy?
Will they humbly and repentantly renounce pre-tribulation rapture doctrine, or will they
continue to teach the pre-tribulation doctrine dismissing the event as some event other than
the covenant of Daniel 9:27?
Will they renounce 501-c3 tax exempt status if they can’t support U.S. public policy under
one they should consider to be Antichrist?
Will they receive 501-c3 benefits fraudulently if they can’t support his public policy?
Thinking pre-tribulation rapture believers will be faced with these choices because their doctrinal
paradigm teaches them that “the rapture” must occur before Antichrist can be revealed publicly.
They believe that if they’re here, Antichrist can’t be! What a prescription for deception!
There will be no excuse for being deceived as Jesus and Paul both warned us of the dangers of
teaching the imminent return of the Lord Jesus Christ. The fact that we are specifically warned
against believing this false doctrine underscores how important believing the truth about the timing
of the second coming of the Lord must be!

When Antichrist is revealed, if 501-c3 churches which are whorishly incorporated under corporate
law exist at that time in their current form, they will be legally required to support his public policies
in exchange for tax-exempt status.
How will 501-c3 churches misconstruing Romans 13 to teach that believers shouldn’t criticize public
policy or confront government corruption justify honoring the beast and supporting his destructive,
deceitful, blasphemous public policies?
This chapter has shown again that it’s the U.S., not the EU that is being planned to fulfill the roles
that pre-tribulation rapture teachers have predicted for Antichrist.
