Applied work experience
Internships are an integral part of the programme and the learning experience. They
enable you to apply classroom knowledge to real-life situations and to clarify your
career goals.
Many students opt to take from one to four semesters off during the programme in
order to gain additional in-company work experience.
Edwige,
Master year 2
There is so much flexibility in the programme.
It is really helpful. I’m specialising
in auditing and accounting. I
worked for a bank in the Ivory Coast
for my first internship and last year I
took an internship with Ernst &
Young in Paris. These experiences
helped me determine my career aims.
I’m now gearing up for a career in
this industry.
The two-year apprenticeship of the Master programme is available to
Paris-International track students. It combines in-company work experience with
academic coursework at ESCP-EAP and includes a semester abroad at an international
partner university.
Vincent,
Master year 1
My choice of the apprenticeship made me face up to the challenges of
the real world fast. The track really gave me the opportunity to identify
my career goals as a fully fledged company employee, not just as a
short-term intern.
