Certificate of n<strong>on</strong>‐registrati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>Cadastre</str<strong>on</strong>g><br />

• <str<strong>on</strong>g>Cadastre</str<strong>on</strong>g> is obliged by law to issue electr<strong>on</strong>ic certificates that a pers<strong>on</strong> is<br />

not registered as an owner or has not some o<str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g>r rights to real estates<br />

• Name, surname and PIN are needed<br />

• In case that a pers<strong>on</strong> with identificati<strong>on</strong> data corresp<strong>on</strong>d<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>g partially to<br />

• For citizens – announcement will be sent (e‐mail and / or<br />

First steps towards e‐Lodgement<br />

• E‐Lodgement is our f<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>al goal, we are proceed<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>g step by step<br />

• Idea of semi‐automatic registrati<strong>on</strong><br />

– Informati<strong>on</strong> systems of professi<strong>on</strong>al clients will deliver to IS CRE:<br />

• Agreed document <str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g> .PDF format with e‐Signature<br />

• XML file with <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g> corresp<strong>on</strong>d<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>g c<strong>on</strong>tent<br />

– IS CRE will prepare registrati<strong>on</strong> of document automatically<br />
