Clearpool Amphibian Hunt Sun., March 24 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Bring the whole family for an exciting day of nature and discovery! Explore the nature wonderland of the Green Chimneys Clearpool Campus at 33 Clearpool Road in Carmel, NY, and help to count its many species. You’ll be guided through one of three bodies of water using dip nets and your own hands to help search for and identify Clearpool’s collection of creatures. All equipment will be provided. Sculptures and a Labyrinth have been used to recreate the safe and tranquil space, found on these great temple grounds to contemplate and meditate. The trail’s changing terrain and small inclines make the outing a fun family adventure. Parking area at the intersection of Dennytown and Sunk Mine Roads in Cold Spring, N.Y.
