• In 2013, Amsterdam Marketing launched a new map of Amsterdam. The so-called “City
Map for Tourists” appeared in April 2013 and will be sold throughout the rest of the year
via the City Map vending machines and over the counter at VVV tourist agencies and
offi ces. The detailed cartography, multilingual legend and the list of attractions and
public transport lines makes this map one of the most useful of those available in the
tourist offi ce selection. On the map there’s also space for a select number of ads
