mainly due to hand insertion charges for our 40 page newsletter, 

but also because of the way we currently mail statements and

newsletter. This has enabled us to streamline the packing of 

the newsletter (it becomes automated, rather than a manual 

operation), so both you, the member and ourselves will benefit in 

a number of ways. 

• You get your statements/invoices quickly, giving you more time to finalise your accounts before the 

due date for payment. 

• We avoid large hand insertion charges for newsletter, as our new supplier can automate this service. 

Our current statement mailer does not have the equipment to automate newsletter insertions. 

• The newsletter delivery date can now always be the same (we are aiming for 1st Month) 

rather than be dependent on accounts deadlines. 

• We are able to mail to different addresses if you wish. For example, we can mail your 

statement to one address, say your accountant/farm secretary, and your newsletter to you
