Efficient CAM software with milling<br />
strategies<br />
Get one of the market’s fastest milling<br />
strategies, razor sharp margins and<br />
perfect fit that removes the need for<br />
manual finishing. Milling strategies are<br />
for 3.5-axis machining and 3+1, 3+2 machining<br />
for selected 4 and 5 axes milling<br />
machines. The software can seamlessly<br />
transfer files and control the machine and<br />
calculate milling strategies for a full blank<br />
in 150 seconds. CAMbridge contains<br />
high-end support for STL files, including<br />
auto detection of margin line and undercut<br />
reduction.<br />
Wax printers and model making<br />
machines<br />
Automatic preparation includes optimal<br />
placement, orientation, support generation,<br />
order management and communication<br />
with the machine. Adaptive grouping<br />
enables automatic clustering of cases,<br />
and groups can be defined based on<br />
names or clinics. Use configuration rules<br />
to automatically group items on the build<br />
platform with optional printed boundaries<br />
for easy identification. ID tags can be<br />
placed next to each item to minimize processing<br />
after printing.<br />
Automated preparation for Laser sintering<br />
machines<br />
Includes optimal placement, unique support<br />
generation and ID tags for easy identification.<br />
The unique support structure<br />
suppresses warping during the sintering<br />
process, yet is still easy to remove. Adaptive<br />
