The Canadian Department of<br />

National Defense (DND) has<br />

selected QualiWare as Enterprise<br />

Architecture Tool. The presentation<br />

will describe their work with<br />

QualiWare with respect to the DND<br />

Architecture Framework.<br />

ABAX’s kvalitetsløsning var<br />

tradisjonelt dokumentert, lite<br />

tilgjengelig og lite kjent internt.<br />

Behovet for å bli bedre, få kvalitet,<br />

miljø og sikkerhet på banen, gjøre<br />

styringssystemet mer tilgjengelig<br />

og koblet til selskapets verdier<br />

var stort. Beslutning om å bruke<br />

QualiWare ble tatt. Sammen med<br />

innleid faglig kompetanse fra<br />

Steria, ble et prosjekt etablert med<br />

en målsetning om å bli ISO 9001,<br />

14001 og 27001 sertifisert i løpet av<br />

6 måneder. Nemko er i gang med<br />

sertifiseringen og prosjektet antas<br />

avsluttet ila august <strong>2012</strong>.<br />

Indlægget forkuserer på, hvordan<br />

de forskellige behoven kombineres<br />

således, at man opnår en komplet og<br />

metodeforankret procesarkitektur.<br />

technical capabilities; 80% comes<br />

from our human engineering skills,<br />

understanding of the rationale and<br />

feelings of people and their role in<br />

the overall business process calls<br />

for a new method for modeling<br />

organizations and do change<br />
