Removable core is a geometric patterned core blanket designed to reinforce soil for green roof vegetation. It consists of a matrix of tangled mono-filaments
that are heat welded at the junctions to form a resilient structure that utilizes a removable non-woven spun bound polyester.
May be available pre-grown on speculation with a standard Sedum mix. Custom growing may take 18-20 months for 39” or 6-12 weeks for 10” to achieve
75-85% coverage.
Install on 2-3” of growing media (less media will require an installed irrigation system) over filtration, drainage and protection layers. Water immediately and
regularly. Can supplement with plugs. Will require perimeter containment such as edging at least equal to media depth.
