bending, cutting, turning, milling,<br />
drilling and powder painting services<br />

2. Moulded rubber parts, rubber<br />
rollers, wheels, profi le rubber for<br />
any kind of industrial purposes. It is<br />
possible to coat metal surface with<br />
the rubber.<br />
SHORT DESCRIPTION<br />
The main activity is producing<br />
one/two cylindres air compressors<br />
for brake systems in trucks, buses and<br />
tractors.<br />
A second main activity is aluminium<br />
die casting. We use Swiss<br />
equipment BUHLER H-400B and<br />
ProVacStandart GIFA 99 to cast 0.05<br />
–2.5 kg up to 1040 cm² projection<br />
area. Production capacity is 1500<br />
tons /year.<br />
Mechanical treatment is also<br />
provided here. We utilize various<br />
CNC machines, such as OKUMA,<br />
Gildemeister Huller Hille and others.<br />
Besides the above mentioned<br />
production we can offer cold punching<br />
(max thickness 6 mm, max size<br />
