Deepwater Developments: They recommend taking action during the second half of 2010.
Deepwater in Mexico is still a virgin territory. Through their partnership with Fugro, they have
started working on the exploration of some of the deepwater developments, but in the reality, the
installation of the first subsea module or flow line will not take place until (probably) 2011-2012.
They want to start exploring the market in order to look for strategic alliances with a deepwater
construction company, so they can participate together in the development of the first fields.
Assets Integrity Management: They recommend taking action in the second quarter of 2010.
Initially, the goal is to establish contact with companies that are experienced in RBI/RBM and also
in the development of Asset’s Maintenance/Integrity Systems to train their body of engineers in
these fields, under BSI and ISO standards.
Construction support vessels: They recommend taking action in the second quarter of 2010.
Diavaz charters all of the construction vessels that are needed for its projects. They have a solid
reputation with vessel owners such as: DeepOcean Subsea Services, SeaLion Shipping and
ADAMS Offshore among others.
This company is one of the most important companies in off-shore activities in

Mexican flag vessels. It is operating in the Gulf of Mexico which, by law, is only available for
Mexican companies.
- Naviera de Sotavento: Full partner with Marcos y Asociados. It is a marine service company,
devoted to brokerage business at Campeche Sound, where the main offshore activity is
located.
- AGR Group: Norwegian company that has signed an Agency Agreement with Marcos in
2007.The group operates with three main divisions: petroleum services, field operations and
drilling services.
- S.E.I.C.O (Servicios Integrales de Compresión): Company founded by Marcos and
Asociados to offer natural-gas compression services to the power generation supply chain. Its
activities are concentrated in the Burgos gas region of Tamaulipas.
