Innovations are treated as a top priority 

at Bauer GmbH. The development of

new markets. One factor that plays an 

extremely important role from the technical 

point of view is the consideration 

of national and international legislation 

relating to the protection of the environment 

and health and safety at work. 

When modern technology has become 

an integral part of the manufacturing 

process i.e. is implemented in a sensible 

manner, the result is attractive jobs - 

those which already exist can be kept 

and new jobs can be created. Bearing in 

mind the level of competition on the international 

market today, it is imperative 

to be able to guarantee a high standard 

and short lead times in order even to 

exist. These requirements can only be 

fulilled by an optimal manufacturing 

process. Qualiied employees manufacture 

components of utmost accuracy 

using computer numerically controlled 

presses and laser cutting machinery. 

This is a must in order for the ensuing 

automation process to be effective. 

Only perfectly deined parameters for 

the welding robots can ensure perfect 

performance; this of course means all 

preparations must be carried out with 

great care and precision. 

Whether we are talking about components 

or inished products, standard 

speciication or individual construction 

in steel, stainless or aluminium, the 

manufacturing process at Bauer GmbH 

is highly effective and lexible. Technical 

inspections are carried out at regular 

intervals by the German “TÜV”.
