Every farmer knows from experience that foreign objects on
agricultural land that are accidentally drawn into the mower
along with the crop flow can cause significant damage.
With its brand new driveGUARD, a top notch overload
protection system, FELLA prevents precisely this kind of damage!
BETTER PROTECTED THAN EVER
When the mower disc becomes jammed by a foreign object, the
driveGUARD shears off reliably at the predetermined breaking
points. This interrupts the power train, and the mower disc turns
freely. The forces have no effect on the power train, as when
driveGUARD is not there, and damage is therefore ruled out.
The mower disc remains firmly connected at all times with the
cutter bar via the outer part of the profile flange. Loss of the
mower disc is safely prevented.
INTELLIGENT ATTACHMENT
By positioning driveGUARD outside of the cutter bar, expensive
damage to the gearbox, long downtimes and contamination of
the oil bath are prevented.
NOTHING IS MORE COST-EFFECTIVE
The driveGUARD offers the customer extremely cost-effective
and reliable protection, because once the mower has been fitted
with one, only the overload disc will have to be replaced if the
need arises.
SIMPLE YET INGENIOUS
Should you need to, you can replace the driveGUARD on site
yourself in a matter of minutes. This does not require you to
open the cutter bar, because the driveGUARD sits accessibly
on the mower disc, outside the cutter bar.
