The Information Technology Conference is<br />
designed to update information technology<br />
examiners on current and prospective developments<br />
in the area of IT, systems controls, and security.<br />
Speakers for this program are nationally<br />
recognized industry leaders and, occasionally,<br />
senior staff members from regulatory agencies.<br />
Objectives<br />
At the completion of the course, a participant<br />
should be able to:<br />
• Identify the risks, benefits, advantages, and<br />
disadvantages of emerging technologies<br />
• Discuss implementing leading-edge<br />
financial institution and data processor<br />
hardware and software, including security<br />
issues.<br />
Target Audience<br />
The Information Technology Conference is<br />
directed at IT examiners and safety and<br />
soundness examiners with IT examination<br />
responsibility as identified by each agency.<br />
Length<br />
The Information Technology Conference length<br />
