On receipt of planning permission the developer shall e-mail the site layout in<br />

AutoCad format, up to 2006 version, together with the Planning Reference<br />

Number, to either of the following addresses:<br />

The office address is Civic Offices, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.<br />

The site layout shall show clearly road names, house numbers, ESB LT<br />

distribution pillars, footpaths, verges, driveways and any features that may<br />

require special consideration for lighting, e.g. shared surface areas, cycle tracks,<br />

chicanes and other traffic calming measures. It shall also clearly distinguish<br />

between areas that will be open to general public access and to be taken-incharge<br />

by Fingal County Council, and areas which will have restricted access and<br />

be in the care of any private management company.<br />

As the service pillars and columns on the various roads within the development<br />

are erected, fitted out, cabled and tested, the Developer shall submit the Green<br />

sheet of the approved <strong>Completion</strong> Certificate, CERT 1, together with a Supply Point<br />

Duct <strong>Completion</strong> Certificate to the Electrical Section.<br />

Subject to the payment of the required contributions outlined below under ESB<br />

requirements, the Council Inspector will review the installation and report any<br />

defects noted to the Developer. These must be corrected, and if necessary a new<br />

<strong>Completion</strong> Certificate submitted to enable the Council to issue a formal PL<br />

Connection Order to ESBN.<br />
