Local input is considered vital to the entire LAP process and we value what you have to say. We hope that this consultation document will initiate interest and debate resulting in constructive, positive and helpful feedback. This will ensure that the new LAP for Baldoyle - Stapolin will reflect how those in the community and further afield see Baldoyle developing into the future. Submissions are not limited to the issues raised in this paper so please feel free to raise any other issue or area of interest/concern which you consider important as a resident, worker or visitor in the area. When it comes to making a submission there is no such thing as a ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ submission. This will not be your only opportunity to become involved in the process as the next phase – the draft phase - will include the statutory 6 week public display of the Draft Local Area Plan. At that stage further written comments will also be taken into consideration in the making of the final Local Area Plan. If you are interested in the development of the Baldoyle area and wish to contribute to the shaping of its future, please make a written submission to the Planning Authority at this pre-draft stage.
