Abs attack A totally challenging class that<br />

Aerobics 15/15/15 The class will entail 15<br />

Aerobics High/low energy based class<br />

Aerobic pilates Aerobic and strength<br />

Antenatal Yoga is yoga which has been<br />

specially adapted for the needs of pregnant<br />
