<strong>Business</strong> Bridge (<strong>B²</strong>) August 26—September 19<br />

<strong>B²</strong> is a four-week academic/residential immersion program hosted by<br />

<strong>Foster</strong> <strong>School</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Business</strong> Undergraduate Diversity Services. <strong>B²</strong> will<br />

take place in conjunction with the UW’s Early Fall Start (EFS) program, during<br />

which students will register for a 5 credit college level course. Offering a broad<br />

overview <strong>of</strong> core business topics, the <strong>B²</strong> program integrates leadership and<br />

strategy skills throughout the curriculum. Pr<strong>of</strong>essional development, career<br />

exploration and leadership activities focused on tools and resources that<br />

students can use to become more effective students. Facilitators present<br />

information in their areas <strong>of</strong> expertise and then engage the class in thoughtprovoking<br />

discussions where participants are encouraged to share their<br />

experiences and learn from one another. In the summer <strong>of</strong> 2013, approximately<br />

twenty-five students will participate.<br />

Standard program days and times<br />

are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am—5:00 pm.<br />
