According to this perso a hard time getting another position both inside and outside the SEC. This person believes, and has heard, that no one insid of the Commission wants to touch anyone from the Chief Counsel's office for fear th would use it against them. 'The person we interviewed who had second thoughts about providing affidavit told us that she could have been giving some statement ut not intimidating. She told g the workday. She told us she did not uld say, but that after she thou s refused to give an affidavit She said that she went to the Ethics 0 determine if she could davit given that she believes her first duty is to the Agency. Conclusion In light of the foregoing, we conclude that engaged in additional disruptive acts ace and did so in an intimidating w er, we found additional evidence that treated several of her subordinates, most of whom we did not interview in our Grst mvesbgaQon, in an intimidating and abusive way. Her most recent behavior is of even greater concern since it seems that the action management has taken and proposed has not had the required detmnt impact on her conduct.
