Khách sạn Windsor Plaza phối hợp với Hiệp hội Thương
mại Đức tổ chức lễ hội Oktoberfest 2010 lần thứ 6 lớn
nhất Sài Gòn.
Tiếp tục 19 năm truyền thống tôn vinh tinh thần Munich tại Sài Gòn,
Phòng khánh tiết của Khách sạn Windsor Plaza sẽ thay đổi hoàn
toàn để trở thành nơi gặp gỡ mang phong cách Đức đích thực.
Thực khách có thể tận hưởng những món ăn hấp dẫn từ Đức như:
xúc xích, bắp cải muối, giò heo muối nướng, bánh, các món khoai
tây...
Và sẽ không còn là Lễ hội bia Đức nếu thiếu đi bia Krombacher và Schneider Weisse mà khách có thể uống
thỏa thích hay đến với quầy Sâm-panh để thưởng thức rượu mùi trái cây đặc trưng của Đức.
Lễ hội sẽ diễn ra từ thứ Sáu đến Chủ Nhật, ngày 8 - 10 tháng 10, và tiếp tục từ thứ Tư đến thứ Bảy, ngày 13 -
16 tháng 10. Mỗi tối, lễ hội sẽ bắt đầu từ 6:30 giờ đến khuya.
Vì các loại thức uống là bia, cho nên khách sạn chỉ chào đón khách từ 18 tuổi trở lên.

TVO- Tối 8/10, lễ hội Oktoberfest 2010 do khách sạn Windsor Plaza phối hợp với Hiệp hội
Thương mại Đức tổ chức lễ hội Oktoberfest 2010 đã chính thức khai mạc. Đây là lần thứ 6 lễ
hội diễn ra, là một trong những lễ hội lớn nhất Sài Gòn.
Đêm lễ hội mở màn bằng màn trình diễn sôi động của ban nhạc Trenkwalder.
Lễ hội Oktoberfest năm ngoái đã thu hút hơn 12.000 khách nên năm nay khách sạn Windsor
Plaza kéo dài thêm những ngày vui nhộn. Dự kiến sẽ có khoảng 14.000 khách tham gia lễ hội
bia năm nay. Lễ hội Oktoberfest 2010 được tổ chức đánh dấu cho sự kiện 35 năm thiết lập
quan hệ ngoại giao giữa Đức và Việt Nam.
“Chúng tôi tự hào rằng Oktoberfest tại Việt Nam đã được cộng đồng Việt Nam và nước
ngoài tại Việt Nam biết đến, là một cầu nối giao lưu văn hóa và mọi người cũng tham dự một
cách phấn khích”, Alexander Bishoff, Chủ tịch Hiệp hội doanh nghiệp Đức tại Việt Nam phát
biểu.

Germany’s Oktoberfest, which has become an iconic
trademark around the world, kicked off on Friday
evening at Ho Chi Minh City’s Windsor Plaza Hotel.
Visitors to the first night of the week-long event enjoyed a traditional Bavarian beer-garden
atmosphere, with traditional fresh-brewed beer, German delicacies and popular Bavarian
folk music.
People drank beer, singing in chores, swinging the beer mugs for toasting and holding hands
for dance with great enjoyment.
The event will run until October 10, and again from October 13 to 16, offering seven nights
filled with foot-stomping music, refreshing German brew and delicious all-you-can-eat food,
and nightly lucky draw prizes.
The Oktoberfest 2010 also marks the 35th year celebrations of Vietnam-Germany diplomatic
ties, and the event itself has entered the 19th year since it was first celebrated in Ho Chi Minh
City.
More than 14,000 visitors are expected to participate in the big party, which will make the
Oktoberfest 2010 not only the largest German cultural event in Vietnam, but also one of the
largest events across Southeast Asia.
“We are proud that the Oktoberfest in Vietnam has become so popular among Vietnamese
and the foreign community in Vietnam, which is a culture bridge of bringing people together
with excitement,” Alexander Bischoff, chairman of the German Business Association said.
Up north, the event will be organized for the second time in the capital city of Hanoi on
October 22-23.
Last year the Oktoberfest Vietnam attracted 10,000 participants who drank 15,000 liters of
beer and more than four tons of food.
Oktoberfest, the grand German fete for the beverage made from fermented barley and
yeast, attracts some six million international participants to Germany each year.
Held for the first time in 1810, the 16- to 18-day festival in Munich, Bavaria, is one of the most
famous events in Germany and the world's largest fair.
