This room selection option is open to all eligible room selection participants who wish to reside in a
residence hall suite for the 2010-2011 academic year. Only one application is needed per group
participating in the Suite Selection Process. Each applicant’s signature confirms that s/he has reviewed
both the “Room Selection Guidelines” and “Suite Selection Guidelines” packets and is eligible to
participate in this process.
As a reminder of the “Suite Selection Guidelines”, this application must be filled out completely, reflect a
full suite group, and all applicants must:
1. have submitted the $150 housing reservation deposit on time
2. not be on Disciplinary Probation
Each group applying for a suite must designate a Communication Coordinator whose duties include
relaying information to individual members of the group, as well as processing information requests
from the Office of Residence Life and Judicial Affairs.
You will receive notification of the status of this application via your student e-mail account by Tuesday,
March 23, 2010. If this application is approved, you have completed your participation in the Room
Selection Process and may not participate in any other section of the Room Selection Process.
Complete and return this form to the Office of Residence Life, Corinne Hall Towers, (lower level), by
no later than 4 p.m. on Monday, March 22, 2010.
