Ab attack A variety of fun yet challenging<br />

<strong>exercise</strong>s to trim the waistline into shape.<br />

Aerotone A full body workout using weights to<br />

tone and improve the overall appearance of your<br />

body.<br />

Aquafit A great fun fitness class held in shallow<br />

water up to chest height. The workout will<br />

develop your heart and lung performance as well<br />

as shaping and toning your body.<br />

BODYCOMBAT A cardiovascular interval<br />

training programme that combines high intensity<br />

boxing, strength and stabilisation <strong>exercise</strong>s.<br />

BODYPUMP A class using barbells and<br />

adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles<br />

while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat burning.<br />

Boxerfit An excellent way to burn fat and<br />

increase fitness using boxing training techniques.<br />

Circuits A station based class designed to burn<br />

fat and tone muscles using various equipment.<br />

Suitable for all levels.<br />

Combat fitness A practical fitness session that<br />

involves boxing techniques, aerobic endurance<br />

and body conditioning.<br />

Fab abs An intense 30 minute session in the gym<br />

with a particular focus on abs, sides and lower<br />

back muscles with the aim to tone and work<br />

those often forgotten muscles.<br />

Fat burners A full body workout to burn fat and<br />

Gym circuit A strength class using our specialised<br />

circuit series equipment.<br />

Gymsticks Using your own body as resistance,<br />

gymsticks aims to improve the physical condition, to<br />

control the weight and to take care of personal wellbeing.<br />

Hatha yoga Open classes for all levels, hatha yoga<br />

balances a series of postures with periods of stillness<br />

and relaxation. The breath together with awareness of<br />

the body are emphasised, creating deep release which<br />

cultivates flexibility, strength, stability and relaxation.<br />

Indoor cycle An intensive aerobic workout on <strong>exercise</strong><br />

bikes, focusing on the heart and lungs. A great way to<br />

develop lower body tone and burn plenty of calories.<br />

Kettlebells The kettlebell is a cast iron weight<br />

(resembling a cannonball with a handle) used to<br />

perform <strong>exercise</strong>s that combine cardiovascular,<br />

strength and flexibility training.<br />

Legs, bums and tums (LBT) An aerobics focused<br />

class designed to tone the lower body. A mix of high/<br />

low impact moves combined with floor work for<br />

muscle toning.<br />

Line dancing Get Western, make friends and improve<br />

your fitness. With a strong music vibe running through<br />

this class, you will learn choreography and get fit as<br />

you do. Cowboy hat optional!<br />

Pilates Developed to offer a conditioning and<br />

toning technique that targets the deep muscles<br />

supporting the spine and major joints.<br />

Pump and tone A fun filled work out that uses<br />

aerobic movements to lift your heart rate and burn<br />

calories. Uses hand weights to tone and sculpt the<br />

body.<br />

Running club This session will centre on learning<br />

running techniques with the goal of running 5km<br />

within 12 weeks.<br />

Step A funky high/low cardiovascular workout using<br />

steps. An effective way to tone the lower body.<br />

Step lively A fat burning cardio workout using steps<br />

to strengthen and tone the lower body. The class<br />

aims to increase your heart rate and improve lung<br />

capacity.<br />

Street dance Work the latest hip hop and house<br />

dance moves for a totally cool cardio workout.<br />

Stretch and balance A low impact class focusing<br />

on improving stability, mobility, flexibility and muscle<br />

tone.<br />

Soul sisters A disco inspired <strong>exercise</strong> class aimed<br />

at getting the blood pumping and the heart racing.<br />

Using disco moves this class aims to improve your<br />

aerobic and cardio fitness.<br />

Swiss ball and stretch A class to improve<br />

your balance and core strength. This class also<br />

incorporates stretching to improve all round<br />

muscle toning and strength.<br />

Tri class If you are looking for a class that<br />

ticks all the boxes, then this is the class to do.<br />

20 minutes of aerobics, 20 minutes of body<br />

conditioning and 20 minutes of step aerobics.<br />

The sections together provide a great cardio and<br />

toning workout.<br />

Yoga Involving a series of postures, yoga is<br />

associated with meditative practices and can<br />

help you become more aware of your body’s<br />

posture, alignment and patterns of movement.<br />

It makes the body more flexible and helps you<br />

relax.<br />

Zumba® A latin inspired dance fitness class,<br />

suitable for all levels. Come and workout to the<br />

sounds of pulsating latin rhythms with easy to<br />

follow dance moves.<br />
