feedback from consumer surveys. Consumer surveys are promoted via local advertising, through the <strong>Five</strong> <strong>Star</strong> <strong>Professional</strong> website and by <strong>Five</strong> <strong>Star</strong> <strong>Professional</strong> contacting households identified<br />
as having a high propensity to use the services of wealth managers. Those wealth managers who satisfy the criteria were named a <strong>Five</strong> <strong>Star</strong> <strong>Wealth</strong> Manager. Find full measurement formulas and<br />
