Section 2.07 Road Naming Process<br />

A. GENERAL<br />

Roads may only be named using any of the procedures specified in<br />

this Section.<br />

For the purpose of this Section:<br />

An "eligible property" is a parcel of land crossed by, or within fifty-feet<br />

of the centerline of the physical location of the road to be named or<br />

whose primary access originates from the road to be named and said<br />

access does not meet the requirements to be named or is already<br />

named. For property-owner initiated road naming or renaming, the<br />

number of eligible properties is determined on the date the petition is<br />

received by the Address Coordinator. For county initiated road naming
