TEACHERS 2000 A unique program that groups aspiring teachers together for two years, Teachers 2000 (T2K) encourages learning through a variety of resources. Classes are held in three-week blocks, four days a week under the guidance of master instructors who gear their courses toward prospective teachers. TRANSFER AGREEMENTS WITH FOUR-YEAR INSTITUTIONS GCC students looking to continue their educations at four-year institutions can make a stress-free transition from associate degree to bachelor’s degree with the College’s many partnership options. AFFILIATIONS GCC streamlines transferability by holding unique partnerships with such universities as Drexel, Fairleigh Dickinson, Wilmington, and Cornell. Earn a bachelor’s degree from FDU while attending on-site classes at GCC. NJ STARS NJ STARS is the first state-sponsored scholarship program in the nation specifically designed for community college students. The scholarship provides eligible Gloucester County high school students ranked in the top 20 percent of their junior or senior class with the opportunity to attend GCC with free tuition and approved fees. The NJ STARS II scholarship allows students who maintain a 3.0 grade-point average and graduate from GCC with an associate degree to transfer to a participating New Jersey public four-year institution with the same benefits as the first two years of study.
