MISSIONS<br />

We give thanks for all who helped host families at our church<br />

on December 27, 2009 – January 3, 2010 as part of the SPIHN<br />

(SPartanburg Interfaith Hospitality Network) project. Four times each year,<br />

our congregation provides food, shelter, and company to families in housing and<br />

job transitions.<br />

INTERNATIONAL: SERVE ON THE CUBA MISSION TRIP<br />

Be a missionary to Cuba! Our congregation leads<br />

a bi-annual mission to Cuba in partnership with the<br />

Iglesia Presbiteriana-Reformada in Santa Clara (www.<br />

ipr-santaclara.org). Our next trip is May 20-28, 2010.<br />

This fellowship mission consists of learning about and<br />

encouraging the Cuban church through visits to ministries<br />

and congregations. We are legally permitted only 10<br />

participants per trip, so sign up today! Cost is $1,500.<br />

Valentine Party<br />

and Movie<br />

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 14 AT 2:00 P.M. in Fogartie Hall<br />

The Valentine Party and movie “The Sound of Music” will be Sunday, February<br />

14 at 2:00 in Fogartie Hall. Valentine goodies, movie popcorn and refreshments<br />
