Summer just wouldn’t be the same without the excitement and adventure of Kids’ <strong>University</strong>! In <strong>2013</strong>, the spirit and tradition<br />

of Kids’ <strong>University</strong> day camp continues with a summer full of games, arts and crafts, field trips, swimming and new<br />

friendships. The mission of Kids’ <strong>University</strong> is to provide a safe and wholesome environment for kids to come and enjoy<br />

their summer. Campers will have daily opportunities to learn and have incredible amounts of FUN through diverse activities!<br />

Each week has its own special theme which, instructors, guest speakers and visitors bring to life. Planned activities for<br />

each theme will be age-appropriate, varying in content based on the age of the child.<br />

The people who work for Kids’ <strong>University</strong> are our biggest asset. Their special interest in today’s youth and their enthusiasm<br />

are what makes Kids’ <strong>University</strong> a wonderful experience. Licensed teachers, recent graduates, community professionals,<br />

and university students combine their experience, talents and personalities to make a unique ete first aid and CPR certified.<br />

Certified lifeguards and your child’s teachers are always present during their time at the pool. Campers must be comfortable<br />

in the water and able to swim unassisted. They may use floaties or life jackets. Minimum water depth is 4 feet.<br />

Kids’ <strong>University</strong> will provide one daily snack and drinks throughout each day. Also, students will receive a souvenir for<br />

each week of attendance. Children should bring their own sack lunch and additional snacks, if desired.<br />

Register for one week, all 10 weeks or any combination of weeks. Registration is on a first-paid, first-enrolled basis.<br />

Children will not be guaranteed a place in Kids’ <strong>University</strong> until the registration fee is paid. Refunds will not be granted<br />

unless the Department of Continuing Education is notified by 4:45 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to each week’s initial class<br />

meeting. A signed waiver of liability and emergency contact form are required.<br />

Family discount - $7 off per student for families with three or more children enrolled.<br />

Space is limited in each class so don’t wait or the week(s) you want will be full!<br />
