OSHA Updates for HVAC and Electrical Contractors<br />

HVAC and electrical contractors are required to complete at least four hours per year of<br />

continuing education in order to renew their state license. Licensees are required to submit<br />

documentation of completion of continuing education upon request from the <strong>Georgia</strong><br />

<strong>State</strong> Construction Industry Licensing Board and must keep the documentation for five<br />

years. This course is appropriate for both licenses. This course will bring you up to date<br />

on several new OSHA changes. You will review the new OSHA whistleblower program,<br />

anticipated regulatory changes, how employers can protect against OSHA and whistleblower<br />

citations and changes in OSHA enforcement and penalties.<br />
