Two software packages,
CC-Log and CC-Insight, are
available as part of MEIKO’s
newly developed control
concept. These packages mark
the beginning of a new era in
communication between man
and machine in the washing up
area. The operating log and
service parameters can now be
accessed easily and regularly
without troublesome cable
connections. CC-Log stores all
hygiene and system-relevant data
after a simple log-in procedure.
CC-Insight even makes walking
to the machine superfluous.
Whether you are in your office or
anywhere in the building, just use
your notebook to log onto the
machine in real time. You will be
up-to-date every time.
And every piece of software
is customised to suit the
customer's machine.
Log
The software for simple and rapid communication
with MEIKO’s basket and belt conveyor dishwashers.
Cable-free logging into the machine image via an infrared
interface transfers and stores all system-relevant data
onto a Palm PDA within seconds, guaranteeing analysis,
diagnosis or a precisely targeted amendment of the
operational sequence every time.
Hygiene-Management:
It is now possible to capture and
archive all the data required by
the EN 10510 operating log is
captured and archived. In
addition to all the data which the
machine automatically records,
parameters such as “thorough
cleaning” or “container replacement”
etc. can now be captured
at a central point in the MIKE 3
control technology and outputas
an automatically generated,
comprehensive operating
log which is easy to read.

This software
enables you to look at
MEIKO basket and conveyor transport machines from your desk in real time.
All system-relevant data, functions and operating processes are stored in the
integral KMM communication module and visually displayed. The KMM
is the interface for all incoming and outgoing data streams whether via cabled
or cable-free systems such as WLAN/GSM/GPRS. Operating statuses are
analysed, diagnosed and, if need be, easily amended directly from your
computer. The integrated KMM (CC-Insight) can make all relevant
process data available to control rooms and building
management systems.
