Special Notes
The Early Registration fee is $450.00 for a single and $350.00 for each additional booth
space. Please register by December 1, 2010.
Registrations received after December 1st will be $500.00 for a single and $350.00 for
each additional booth.
Booth assignments will be completed after December 1st and a list will be forwarded to
General Exhibition Services. Booth assignments are prioritized by commitment to
EATA and then to NATA. Booth registrations received after December 1st are assigned
space on a first come-first served basis with consideration for product compatibility.
The exhibit hall is limited to 55 booths; please register early.
The room rates at the Loews Hotel are $120.00 single/ double. The EATA block of
rooms will be released as of December 24, 2010, so book your room early to ensure
space and the rate. The Loews Hotel reservation telephone number is 215-627-1200.
You may also book your room on-line by going to the EATA website
(www.GOEATA.ORG) and linking to the hotel room reservation page.
Coffee Service will be available on the exhibit floor beginning at 7:00 AM Saturday
morning.
• Drayage of your booth and product samples can be shipping through General
Exposition Services at their rates. Your shipment will be placed in your booth
location ready for set-up. GES charges each exhibitor based on the weight of
each shipment.
• The Loews Hotel does allow exhibitors to carry in their own samples provided
you do not use dollies, hand trucks, or pallet jacks on the marble tile or carpeted
areas outside of the ballroom. All materials must be loaded in through the service
entrance of the Millennium ballroom which is easily accessible from the freight
elevator from the loading dock which is located on the 12th street side of the
hotel.

Sponsorship opportunities are available! Please if you have any special requests,
registrations inserts, or wish to tie into a particular lecture or workshop. You may

Please note a new area on the contract for you to include a brief description of your
company, product line, featured product or special sale promotion. This
information will be included on the www.goeata.org website under the link
“Exhibitor Lists-Current List”. This list will be updated frequently with 2011
registered exhibitors. No extra cost!
