EATA ANNUAL MEETING Exhibitors:<br />
Thank you for your interest in exhibiting your products at the <strong>Eastern</strong> <strong>Athletic</strong> Trainers’<br />
<strong>Association</strong> 63rd ANNUAL MEETING. This year, District II is hosting the ANNUAL<br />
MEETING in Philadelphia, PA at the Loews Hotel. The dates of the meeting are<br />
January 7 – January 10, 2011. All of the activities are conveniently located within the<br />
Loews Hotel and the Millennium Hall.<br />
Certified athletic trainers and allied medical personnel representing professional sports,<br />
colleges, high schools, clinics, and industry from the ten Northeastern states, as well as<br />
the <strong>Eastern</strong> Canadian providences will be attending. We have averaged between<br />
seven and nine hundred attendees over the past five meetings at the Philadelphia<br />
locations.<br />
The EATA Board of Directors and President Bob Ward have maintained the<br />
schedule format – the exhibits will still be open one day, Saturday, January 8,<br />
2011 from 9:00 – 3:00. The set-up times will be Friday 4:00 – 7:00 and Saturday<br />
7:00 – 9:00 AM before the doors open.<br />
The cocktail party and banquet will be held on Saturday evening (January 8, 6:00 – 9:30<br />
PM) and two seats will be reserved for each exhibitor. The EATA Board of Directors<br />
requests each exhibitor attend the banquet festivities in order that all EATA members<br />
give thanks and recognition to all exhibitors supporting the EATA.<br />
Exhibitor registration has been very successful through the internet: Simply go to our<br />
website www.Goeata.org and register for space with a MC, AMEX or Visa credit card.<br />
All completed registrations are forwarded to me; you will receive an email confirmation<br />
and receipt. If you prefer, you may register by check to my address below. Please<br />
return the enclosed contract with payment (made out to EATA, Inc.) to:<br />

Special Notes<br />
The Early Registration fee is $450.00 for a single and $350.00 for each additional booth<br />
space. Please register by December 1, 2010.<br />
Registrations received after December 1st will be $500.00 for a single and $350.00 for<br />
each additional booth.<br />
Booth assignments will be completed after December 1st and a list will be forwarded to<br />
General Exhibition Services. Booth assignments are prioritized by commitment to<br />
EATA and then to NATA. Booth registrations received after December 1st are assigned<br />
space on a first come-first served basis with consideration for product compatibility.<br />
The exhibit hall is limited to 55 booths; please register early.<br />
The room rates at the Loews Hotel are $120.00 single/ double. The EATA block of<br />
rooms will be released as of December 24, 2010, so book your room early to ensure<br />
space and the rate. The Loews Hotel reservation telephone number is 215-627-1200.<br />
You may also book your room on-line by going to the EATA website<br />
(www.GOEATA.ORG) and linking to the hotel room reservation page.<br />
Coffee Service will be available on the exhibit floor beginning at 7:00 AM Saturday<br />
morning.<br />
• Drayage of your booth and product samples can be shipping through General<br />
Exposition Services at their rates. Your shipment will be placed in your booth<br />
location ready for set-up. GES charges each exhibitor based on the weight of<br />
each shipment.<br />
• The Loews Hotel does allow exhibitors to carry in their own samples provided<br />
you do not use dollies, hand trucks, or pallet jacks on the marble tile or carpeted<br />
areas outside of the ballroom. All materials must be loaded in through the service<br />
entrance of the Millennium ballroom which is easily accessible from the freight<br />
elevator from the loading dock which is located on the 12th street side of the<br />
hotel.<br />

Meeting link.<br />
Sponsorship opportunities are available! Please if you have any special requests,<br />
registrations inserts, or wish to tie into a particular lecture or workshop. You may<br />
