The <strong>United</strong> <strong>Nations</strong> Development Programme (UNDP) on behalf of UN Agencies, Programmes and<br />
Funds residing in the UN House in The Gambia is currently implementing security measures for safety<br />
and security of its staff and assets.<br />
For this reason, we are requesting qualified and registered companies to research, study, assess, plan and<br />
provide a quotation on the Procurement and Installation of a CCTV-DVR system for the UN House in<br />
The Gambia.<br />

Receptionist at the UN House, 5 Kofi Annan Street, Cape Point or at the UNDP website:<br />

Submission of Quotations<br />
Interested companies should send their offers in sealed envelopes to reach the following address no later<br />

UNDP will evaluate the quotations based on best value, i.e. best quality and cost-effectiveness of the<br />
proposed offers. The following aspects will be considered for the evaluation:<br />
a) Cost-effectiveness of price quotation<br />
b) Compliance with all requirements as specified in Annex I – Technical Specifications<br />
A contract may be awarded to the offer representing the best value for the UNDP. However, UNDP<br />
reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, and to cancel the process and reject all quotations, at<br />
any time prior to the award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the Offerors or any<br />
obligation to inform the Offerors of the grounds for such action.
