Дискуссии GRI – не пресс-конференции. Они больше похожи на разговор между друзьями при активном участии и<br />

модерировании со-председателей.<br />

Во время дискуссий все участники могут участвовать в них на равных (а не только со-председатели). Задачей сопредседателей<br />

является вовлечение каждого участника в процесс дискуссии. Со-председатели могут сидеть в разных<br />

местах комнаты и участвуют в ходе дискусси не больше (или не меньше) остальных участников.<br />

Если знакомства с новыми партнерами по бизнесу могут быть полезными для Вас,<br />

будьте активнее во время дискуссий. Это позволит другим участникам поближе познакомиться с Вами.<br />

Модерирующие со-председатели будут задавать вопросы непосредственно участникам, а не в целом аудитории, так как<br />

последнее обычно ведет к неудобной тишине в к комнате. Тем не менее, каждый участник может (и это приветствуется)<br />

вступить в ход дискуссии с комментариями, вопросами или выразить мнение по своему разумению.<br />

Во время дискуссии берите инициативу в свои руки и выступайте когда Вы считате нужным. Дискуссионные комнаты<br />

начинают наполнятся участниками только после объявления начала дискуссий, поэтому не стоит волноваться увидев<br />

полупустую комнату. Она вскоре переполнится.<br />

Некоторые из участников говорят слишком тихо и не могут быть услышаны большинством присутствующих в комнате.<br />

Пожалуйста, говорите громче и просите других делать тоже самое, если Вы их не слышите.<br />

Пожалуйста, избегайте монополизирования разговора, саморекламы и коммерческих презентаций поскольку<br />

HERE ARE A FEW TIPS THAT MAY BE HELPFUL<br />

IN GETTING THE MOST OUT OF THE GRI:<br />

GRI discussions are NOT panels. They are like after-dinner conversations in one’s own living room with a few good friends under<br />

the guidance of the moderating Chair.<br />

Everyone participates equally, not just the Discussion (co-)Chairs. The job of the moderating Chair is to make EVERYBODY talk<br />

and engage. Discussion co-Chairs sit scattered about the room and participate no more, no less than anyone else in the room.<br />

If connecting with new partners can be useful, we encourage you to engage as vocally and actively as you might enjoy.<br />

This will enable others to get to know you and you to get to know them.<br />

The Moderating Chair will be addressing questions directly to particular participants, not just to anyone unspecified in the room<br />

at-large, as this is usually greeted with pregnant silence.<br />

Even so, you are encouraged to comment, question, dissent or otherwise interject.<br />

As no one will prompt you, please join the discussion room of your choice in time.<br />

Rooms only fill in AFTER a discussion starts and you need not be alarmed by a near empty room. It will quickly get crowded.<br />

Some participants speak so softly as to be unheard by most.<br />

Speak up and remind others to do so if you can’t hear them.<br />

Avoid monopolizing conversation, self-promotion or commercial pitches as the Moderating Chair has been urged to cut them off.

It is located centrally on the Golden Ring tourist route in 130 km from Moscow.<br />

The “Golden Ring” is one of the oldest excursion routes in Central Russia attracting<br />

started at the April 2010. The first stage will include: 3* hotel, 4* hotel with the<br />

It is planned to build 11 hotels for 3400 rooms in 7 years on the Resort.<br />

the financial partner of the project. The total amount of investments is about<br />

work experience includes work at Commerzbank in Prague, Czech<br />

Republic, and at KfW in Frankfurt, Germany.<br />

Steven Wayne is CEO of Jensen Group, which he founded in 1991.<br />

Jensen Group is a leading real estate private equity investment<br />

manager and developer based in Saint Petersburg, Russia. As a part<br />

of his responsibilities at Jensen, Wayne serves as General Director of<br />

Sestroretsk Instrument Works, the oldest factory in Saint Petersburg<br />

which was founded by Peter the Great in 17<strong>21</strong>. In addition, Wayne<br />

serves on the Executive Committee of the American Chamber of<br />

Commerce in Saint Petersburg. Prior to Jensen, Wayne worked at<br />

Morgan Stanley in both their Corporate Finance and <strong>Real</strong> Estate<br />

Finance Departments, in the firm’s New York and London offices.<br />

Wayne is a resident of Russia and a citizen of the United States.

Stefan Zeiselmaier was born in 1968 in Frankfurt/Main. He graduated<br />

from the Economics Faculty of the Justus-Liebig University in Giessen.<br />

Since 1995 he’s been working within ECE Projektmanagement<br />

G.m.b.H. & Co. KG, the market leader for inner-city shopping galleries<br />

in Europe. He managed several shopping centers (incl. “Promenaden<br />

Railway Station Leipzig”) and participated in leasing and development<br />

as well. Mr. Zeiselmaier is the General Director of OOO ECE Russland<br />

and UAB ECE Projektmanagement Vilnius. The company worked for<br />

several local developments, acquired land plots in Russia and opened<br />

OZAS Gallery in Vilnius. Furthermore ECE is managing the Vremena<br />

Goda Gallery, a premium shopping center in Moscow.<br />

1991-1992 worked in New York as foreign associate with “White &<br />

Case” law firm. 1992 established as one of the founding shareholders<br />

a company which developed into and was later rebranded as Forum<br />

Properties. Forum Properties is a group of companies that is now one<br />

of the leading Russian Developers of commercial real estate. Currently<br />

Mr. Zubrilin is co owner and Chairman of the Board. Forum Properties<br />

has been recognized as the Best Developer of commercial real estate<br />

in Russia for years 2004 and 2007 according to “Commercial <strong>Real</strong><br />

Estate”, and named by the UK magazine “Euromoney” Developer of<br />

the year in 2006 (Russia).
