Easy Breakfast Casserole
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 ½ cups pre-cooked meat of your choice (I used sausage)
1 ½ cups shredded cheese
2 cups chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing, uncooked from the canister
(Yes…really!)
Mix ingredients together and pour into greased casserole dish.
Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until set.
You can add anything else you’d like. I sometimes add chopped onion and
shredded zucchini.
