NEW ORLEANS …“We definitely want to
do our part as a church with the Great
Commission, and we have a heart to
commit long-term to taking the Gospel to
one of the unengaged, unreached people
groups in the world,”…“We didn’t know
where the Lord would have us to go, so we
were seeking out further information at the
tent, and we really appreciated the [IMB
representatives] that we encountered at the
tent and how they blessed us with their

How do you reach a group of ladies
in a highly resistant muslim area?
Praise God for “The Garden Club”
which allows ladies to gather on a regular
basis to plant together & visit, giving an
opportunity to build relationships and to
share stories from God’s Word.
Please PRAY, after three heavy rains
within a week, the entire garden was
under water. For an idea of how deep
the water was, notice the concrete
container in the center of both pictures.
The women water their garden plots by
hand. They use a spigot at the top of the
container to fill buckets that they carry
buckets to their plots. The water is
pumped into the container thru the help
of a solar pump. The morning after this
picture was taken, most of the water had
drained away & knee-high corn stalks in
the garden were still standing. So there
might still be a little bit of produce from
the garden before the rains increase to the
point that the garden stays flooded.
Thank you for continued prayers for
the women of the garden club. May
your prayers produce an abundance of
fruit (physical & spiritual).

LESS ORAL PEOPLE GROUPS
There are 2,252 unengaged, unreached people
groups consisting of 350 million people
without a single verse of scripture in their
heart language & millions more without a
whole Bible. Our lives have been changed
forever by God's Word, we must give these
people the same privilege.
Davar Staff, Intercessors and Advocates come
together, in spirit, on the first Thursday of
every month for a time of fasting and prayer
to pray for these people. You are invited to
join us! Pray for the Bible-less oral learning
communities around the world. Pray that they
may be encouraged in knowing Jesus and all
that He has for them through the Word. Pray
that all Christians everywhere will take up the
challenge of enabling every oral learner to
have access to the whole audio Bible in their
heart language.
"You have said, Seek my face. My heart says
to you, Your face, Lord, do I seek." Ps 27:8
The Word of God is unchangeable; the
manner or method in which it is
communicated does change. Pray for the
Church to embrace oral learning methods
and audio Scripture engagement.

July begins Ethne's month of prayer for
least-reached peoples of Northeast Asia.
The Body of Christ of South Korea the
second largest sending base for missions in
the world is a special focus this month in
Global Prayer Digest (GPD),

Learn the story of the Church in Korea in

GPD. Koreans are noted not only for their
willingness to go as missionaries, but also
for their fervent prayer meetings. As it
stands now, there are 10 times more
Koreans using GPD's prayer materials than
English speakers! Korean World Mission
Association will be hosting the global
gathering of Ethne2012 later this year.
Please remember to pray for our brothers
and sisters of Korea, that they will not grow
weary in well doing, but will continue to
lead the world in fulfilling Christ's call to
make disciples of all nations. And pray for
Ethne2012 as global leaders of the Body of
Christ meet to celebrate Great Commission
progress, asses the status of work among
least-reached peoples, and accelerate the
momentum of catalyzing movements to
Christ, peoples glorifying God among all
peoples, ethne to ethne....pass it on!

“Where have you ‘seen’ the glory of
God in your journey of orality?
Avery Willis used Gazing on God's Glory and
Telling His Story, in his signature line. It
reminded all of those he was speaking to, his
reason for being involved in Telling His Story.
For some, gazing at His glory might be a new
perspective of the presence of God in the midst
of our lives. The prayer team is collecting
stories to bear witness of the activity of God in

gospel through Bible storying. Stay for a
year or more on a Bible storying project,
learning about D language & culture,
developing curriculum, & sharing Bible
stories widely throughout the region.
HUPlant churches in East Africa using oral
Bible storyingUH Pioneers is looking for
people to come join a team that can
model biblical church planting in
indigenous ways. Using an oral bible
storying method, this team is sharing the
gospel to a large language cluster that
spans several countries in East Africa.
This is a strategy using story, song,
dance, drama, & proverbs in conjunction
w/ indigenous forms of communication.
