News from the Chancellery of Honours
The Chancellery of Honours invites you to nominate worthy Canadians to the Order of Canada. All living Canadians,
except sitting politicians and judges, can be nominated. Non-Canadian citizens are also eligible for an honorary
appointment to any of the three levels of the Order, if their work can be shown to be of service to Canada. We particularly
encourage nominations of women, under-represented minorities, and Canadians from remote regions of the country.
To print a nomination form, please visit www.gg.ca and go to the section, “It’s an Honour.” You may also contact
the Chancellery of Honours at 1-800-465-6890 for assistance or additional information.
