Summary
• Council has sought tenders for the provision of Cash Collection from On-Street &
Off-Street Meters for the period 1 March 2008 to 28 February 2010.
• Five tender submissions were received for the provision of this service.
• An evaluation panel as outlined in the body of this report has undertaken a detailed
appraisal of each of the submissions.
• Following the evaluation process, it is considered that the tender submitted by
Care Park Pty Ltd provides Council with the best value outcome.
Cr Farrell moved, Cr Ansett seconded -
That Council resolve to:
1) accept the tender submission from Care Park Pty Ltd for Tender No T08084 –
Provision of Cash Collection from On-Street & Off-Street Meters for the
schedule of rates provided within their tender submission;
2) sign and seal the contract documents.

Background
Tenders were invited from companies to undertake the Provision of Cash
Collection from On-Street & Off-Street Meters through public advertisement in the
Geelong Advertiser and The Age on Saturday 27 October 2007.
At the close of submissions on Monday 21 November 2007, the following tenders
