Too much dust can be unhealthy,
so we all need to work together to
reduce dust pollution.
State law requires that the city of Glendale, along with other
cities and towns, and Maricopa County, adopt and enforce
new dust control ordinances to help make the air cleaner for
our community.
It is the property owner’s responsibility to control dust on
their property. Although this brochure does not cover all
compliance responsibilities, it is intended to help those
responsible understand and comply with the new city
requirements. It also includes general information on state
and county requirements.
