3. NATIVE VEGETATION WHICH CAN BE REMOVED,<br />

DESTROYED OR LOPPED<br />

The native vegetation described in Tables 3 and 4 and shown as native vegetation that<br />

can be removed in Map 2 can be removed, destroyed or lopped, subject to the<br />

requirements and conditions set out in this template under "5. Works, payment or other<br />

actions necessary to offset the removal, destruction or lopping of native vegetation."<br />

The native vegetation that can be removed, destroyed or lopped is:<br />

- Summarised in Table 3 and (Note: in the case where part of the habitat zone is to<br />

be retained and part is to be removed, the habitat zone will be split into two<br />

separate areas in the NVPP to allow retention of required part).<br />

- Table 4 to this <strong>Plan</strong>;<br />

- Presented in Figures 2 and 3, Appendix A to this <strong>Plan</strong>; and<br />

- Required to meet the conditions and requirements for the removal of native<br />

vegetation.<br />
