3. NATIVE VEGETATION WHICH CAN BE REMOVED,
DESTROYED OR LOPPED
The native vegetation described in Tables 3 and 4 and shown as native vegetation that
can be removed in Map 2 can be removed, destroyed or lopped, subject to the
requirements and conditions set out in this template under "5. Works, payment or other
actions necessary to offset the removal, destruction or lopping of native vegetation."
The native vegetation that can be removed, destroyed or lopped is:
- Summarised in Table 3 and (Note: in the case where part of the habitat zone is to
be retained and part is to be removed, the habitat zone will be split into two
separate areas in the NVPP to allow retention of required part).
- Table 4 to this Plan;
- Presented in Figures 2 and 3, Appendix A to this Plan; and
- Required to meet the conditions and requirements for the removal of native
vegetation.
