CONDITIONS OF SALE
AS A CONDITION OF SALE: Invoices not paid within two (2) weeks after due dates
established by the Alcohol Tobacco Tax Division (ATTD) for payment of such invoices are
subject to one and one-half percent (1½ %) per thirty (30) days late payment charges. All
merchandise at prevailing prices subject to to availability. All payments made on
delinquent accounts apply first to late payment charges and the remainder, if any, applies
to delinquent balance. There will be a service charge of $25.00 for all returned checks. For
any returns due to account closings permitted by state regulation (excluding permanent
accounts with seasonal closings), there will be a 15% return-to-stock fee. Customers shall
pay collection costs of 15% of invoice amount if the claim is referred to an attorney or
agency for the purpose of collection.

A refundable deposit on the sale of keg products. If empty kegs are not returned, the cost
of the cooperage may be assessed. Minimum requirements for delivery: bottles or cases
totalling 3 cases, or an order of $100.00. The price to be charged for each item during the
month is filed with the ATTD. If there is any difference between the price filed with the
ATTD and the price set forth herein, the price filings shall govern.
Please note: Items that are only sold by full cases, are maked with an F/C. All beer
products are sold full case only.
Less than full case purchases are subject to a split case charge.
