First 2 Wells<br />
– Cement Jobs Pumped <strong>Successfully</strong> and as designed<br />
– Well #1:<br />
• Maxed out pressure pumping through RSI<br />
– Well #2:<br />
• High pressure pumping through RapidStage Sleeve<br />
and could not complete a stage.<br />
– Drilled out all RapidStage sleeves in both wells.<br />
Solution<br />
HALLIBURTON<br />
Acid Soluble Cement (ASC)<br />
– ASC is a two-component system consisting of<br />
Portland cement and Calcium Carbonate (CaCO 3 )<br />
– Density range from 13.0 ppg - 16.4 ppg, at<br />
various CaCO 3 concentrations.<br />
– 15% - 90% soluble with HCL Acid.**<br />
– Excellent yield for a given density, 2.00 cf/sk<br />
to 3.55 cf/sk.<br />
