Fully automatic packaging machine for butter, margarine and other<br />
edible fats, as well as other comparable products of especially soft<br />
consistencies and various sizes for further industrial processing. The <strong>SAB</strong><br />
<strong>150</strong> is the perfect machine for packaging blocks of larger scale. The<br />
system is especially tailored to process products between 10 and 25kg<br />
and was reduced down to the essential elements.<br />
This block packaging machine is optimized in design and function to<br />
meet the highest standards of packaging quality and process reliability.<br />
The feed in of the product is realized in a hygienically closed system by<br />
one of our dosing units. Through processing of the product in idleness,<br />
real resting phases are realized, guaranteeing a high plasticity unreached<br />
by continually running systems.<br />
A long inlet cone and heated extruding mouthpiece ensure gentle<br />
product infeed and accurate shape. The product cutter guarantees an<br />
extreme smooth cut during idle product flow with absolute shape<br />
accuracy. Horizontal product infeed and extrusion of blocks. “U” shaped<br />
wrapping of the blocks followed by sideway folding through folding<br />
units complete the packaging procedure on the highest level of quality.<br />
