Although the focus of this machine lies on the food industry, being<br />
designed in stainless steel, it can also be used for cartonizing a large<br />

The product is fed in by a conveyor belt and placed onto a platform for<br />
accumulation and stacking.<br />
As soon <strong>as</strong> the accumulation of the complete box content is complete and<br />
the operator pushes an empty pre-erected carton box onto the outlet of<br />
the CPB 10, a pusher moves the products into the carton box.<br />
By forwarding the box to a standard taping machine, the operator then<br />
fully closes the carton box without needing to directly touch the wrapped<br />
product inside at any time.<br />

The stacking motions are realized via a servo controlled linear<br />
actuator which gives highest flexibility to be configured to several<br />
different collecting and stacking arrangements.<br />
This makes it possible to perform a format change during production<br />
with almost one fingertip.<br />
