Description<br />

LNB output can be used if more than one receiver is connected,<br />

and using the same polarity and band (high/low).<br />

This should only be used with small installations.<br />

LNB input 950 - 2050 MHz.<br />

Audio L/R output + Mono output.<br />

Video output.<br />

Two fans make sure that the receiver does not overheat.<br />

Plug and switch to turn off the 100-240V supply.<br />

Description<br />

Connection to PC, if the receiver needs to be updated.<br />

CAM reader for Common Interface modules. Place the<br />

module with the serial number downwards.<br />

The six buttoned keyboard is used to navigate in the menu.<br />

Use this function to choose an LNB type:<br />

Choose between: Universal - 9.75 GHz - 10.00 GHz - 10.05 GHz - 10.60 GHz -<br />

or press ENTER and type in a value.<br />

You can choose between the following symbol rates: 22000, 22500, 24500,<br />

26000, 27500, 27800, and 28000. If you need another specific symbol rate, press<br />

ENTER and type in the value.<br />

5.3 3-Channels<br />

When you press ENTER, the receiver will start searching for the programmes,<br />

which match the values you have programmed into the receiver. When the search<br />

is over, you have the following options:<br />

Letterbox<br />

You can choose between Letterbox and No Conversion.<br />

In Letterbox mode, the receiver will convert the 16:9 picture to a 4:3 picture.<br />

With this conversion, the receiver will send a WSS signal so that a 16:9 TV will<br />

show a 16:9 format picture.<br />

In No Conversion mode, the receiver will not change the picture format.<br />

If the programme card is not updated, you can turn the watchdog function off.<br />

When the card is updated the receiver will turn the watchdog function on again.<br />

displayed along with the video signal on the screen.<br />

5.12 12-Alarm Report<br />

In this menu you can see the last ten alarms. These alarms have caused the receiver<br />

to reset.<br />
